Hotel con parcheggio a Distretto di Nakagami

Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La prima esperienza con un hotel 5 stelle e è stato fantastico! Situato proprio accanto al Village Americano e ci sono stati molti posti per camminare o ciclismo e esplorare. Il personale ha anche aiutato a fare una prenotazione di taxi, perché abbiamo fatto un volo precoce. Grazie Hilton per aver fatto del nostro ultimo viaggio in Giappone un'ottima! Oh e il buffet del colazione era buono! Vorrei che le cose cambiassero, ma non si lamentassero perché il cibo era di alta qualità!

This is one of the best stays I had when I was in Ryukyu. The bed is the greatest feature I love about as it is so soft and comfy. The sound insulation is great either. As  I have my own car, the hotel provides private parking bay for their guests which is a bonus. The only rooms for improvement that I would like to comment is cleanliness. During our stay we spotted a jeans which was left by the previous guests below the chair.

Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

Nicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.

位置在山上。如自駕無問題。車位充足 鄰近大型購物商場 外觀非常新淨，但房內設施有點歷史 整體乾淨，清潔房間也不馬虎 欣賞lobby 有自助蒸餾水機，飲品機及冰供應 浴場夠大，乾淨。舒服， 但太早關門 (22:00) 早餐如不食酒店的，可直接在大堂購買麵包，好食！ 不足之處係我們帶著小朋友，一堆行李卻安排住尾房 不過要求轉房後又立即更換另一間靠近lobby 的房 有點奇怪。

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole durante il mese freddo di Okinawa, anche se non potevamo fare uso della piscina all'esterno dell'hotel a causa di questa stagione, ma l'esperienza generale è stata molto piacevole con il minibar gratuito che il mio bambino gode ogni sera. Il buffet del colazione era delizioso con molte scelte. Ci siamo fermati in un piano superiore che era tranquillo. Il denaro extra è stato ben speso. La stanza aveva abbastanza spazio per 3 letti. Potrei tornare in autunno e certamente considerare di prenotare questo hotel di nuovo.

Se avessi la possibilità di scegliere di nuovo, non avrei scelto il LEQU. La ragione è che ho avuto un trattamento sconveniente durante il check-in il 20 dicembre. Mentre la donna del personale del desk era molto bella, la sua atteggiamento era davvero deludente. 1️⃣ La nostra auto era parcheggiata fuori, quindi ho chiesto se potessimo scaricare il nostro bagaglio prima, ma lei insisteva fermamente che avessi completato il processo di check-in in anticipo. 2️⃣ Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, anche se era situato vicino all'hotel, ci ha consegnato una mappa confusa. Poiché non potevo capirlo, le ho chiesto di nuovo le direzioni verbali. La sua riflessiva e incerta spiegazione mi ha solo lasciato più confusa. Non sarebbe stato più semplice dire: “Il parcheggio è vicino alla porta”? 3️⃣ Durante tutta l'interazione, ha mantenuto un'espressione acida. Ho fatto qualcosa di sbagliato per meritare un atteggiamento simile? Un po' di professionalismo sarebbe andato molto lontano. Ho visitato Okinawa molte volte, ma questa è la prima volta che ho incontrato un servizio così sgradevole e sgradevole. Ho sempre pensato che i giapponesi fossero incredibilmente amici, quindi questa esperienza era davvero scioccante. Sono anche molto deluso in questo hotel in generale.È evidente che la formazione del personale è gravemente mancata. Aggiornamento: Quando ci andavamo a fare il check-out e andavamo a partire con la nostra auto, ci fu detto che dovevamo pagare ¥10.000 per il parcheggio. Abbiamo riportato la macchina al parcheggio e siamo tornati all'hotel per chiarire, solo per scoprire che non avevamo bisogno di pagare affatto. Perché il personale del dipartimento frontale non ci ha informato di questo durante l’iscrizione? Questa sorveglianza ci ha causato problemi inutili, perché dovevamo tornare al parcheggio per disattivare la carta. L’intera esperienza era davvero frustrante e deludente.

Location was top notch, next to Hilton and the American Village, just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Lots of food options around the hotel. The Japanese bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. Cleanliness was faultless, and they have a tuk tuk service to the American Village during the evening time.

I love the ambiance, i think i might be able to get more higher than as i availed the room because 2nd floor was a bit close to parking area they were looking at our room i was confused when i get to relax in the balcony, and one more thing hope more services also the foodstuffs to be enjoy the hotel , amenities was good ..
