Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do! Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious! Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well. Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

È il primo edificio davanti alla spiaggia del sole, si può godere del sole posto nella vostra stanza, poiché le camere sono dotate di sedie accanto alle porte scivolanti del balcone. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e a numerosi negozi di alimentari e ristoranti. La nostra camera era ampia e pulita e aveva tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ordinate. Il parco divertimenti accanto all'hotel è un po' trascurato e non offre molte attrazioni durante il giorno. A volte ci sono spettacoli di luci o ingressi gratuiti, ma bisogna essere puntuali per poterli ammirare. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alla spiaggia. L'unico inconveniente per gli amanti delle terme è che sono aperte solo per un periodo limitato.

Stavo per una notte con le famiglie. 10 minuti a piedi dal villaggio americano. Stavo pulito e bello con lavastoviglie e asciugatrice dotata.

Hello! This is the best hotel in my life, because it is spacious, very clean, and most importantly, has a beautiful sea view. We stayed in a large room. Despite the high humidity, there was a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, which created an excellent microclimate. The room hygiene was amazing — they cleaned every other day. The room had everything we needed (except for an iron, but that’s a minor detail). We had a room with a sea view. The sea was visible not only from the balcony but also from the bathroom. That was simply amazing. We had breakfast at the hotel. The price was justified. Everything was very tasty, with a large variety. We went to a neighboring beach for swimming, but sometimes we also swam near the hotel. Yomitan is a very quiet place, without unnecessary noise. Necessary shops are nearby. It’s a pity that many places close early, but again, that’s a minor issue. We didn’t have a car, but we managed — we took the bus. A couple of times we went to the American Village. It took about 30–40 minutes. We also took a tour around the island, including the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you very much for your hospitality! We hope to come back.

Stayed for 5 nights for USD$528 as a family with a toddler in Jan 2026. Pros: Good value given its excellent location and made for a good base in Chatan. The waterfront was at our doorstep (stone steps rather than beach) and we got to see the sunset. Stay on a Saturday night and get to see the 8pm fireworks from your room. Lots within short driving range, restaurants and Aeon Chatan. Hotel staff were friendly and amenities were sufficient for our needs. There was a complimentary light breakfast with coffee of extremely diluted juice, along with a tiny pastry heated up. Cons: This was by far the worst hotel bed we’ve slept on. The bed was too soft and caused leg pain for my husband as a result he slept in the sofa bed, which opened into an “n” shape with the top and bottom sinking down. There was also a hard metal rod in the frame. We tried requesting for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable for him and was quoted ¥3000 for it. The room was old and dusty and floor didn’t feel clean and area underneath the bed was dusty. We shifted the bed to make space for the toddler to play and as a result we sneezed all night. The sea view was nice but as we only paid for a mid-level floor, people could easier look in hence we kept our blinds closed most of the time. We asked ourselves if we would ever visit again given the good location and view but sadly we decided no as my husband fell sick often during that stay due to poor sleep.

La camera che ho soggiornato non era ben ventilata e profumava molta umidità. La condizione della camera da bagno era anche un po’ sfortunata. Ma l’ospite era amichevole, e la guida turistica vicina all’interno della stanza ha aiutato molto il viaggio.

We are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all.
