Hotel con parcheggio a Furano

Wonderful room. Spacious by Japanese standards, and everything was spotless; you can see the pride taken by the staff in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Free parking spaces are located just at the hotel's doorstep, but limited spots are available. Having access to a the free washer and dryer was wonderful, although do be mindful that the drying time is minimally 1.5 hours, and thicker clothes might still be slightly damp. However, we hung them up to air-dry in our room overnight without any issues. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended hotel in this beautiful area.

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel of our entire trip. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Furano. The hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding service. As the hotel is affiliated with a winery, guests are invited to enjoy complimentary wine tasting during their stay. Although I am not usually a wine enthusiast, I found the experience both enjoyable and informative. We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine, which could be collected from Furano Winery, located about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Our visit to the winery turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to browse a wide selection of wines and learn about the wine-making process through displays of the production facilities. My daughters found it particularly fascinating. For anyone who enjoys wine—or simply wants to learn more about it—a visit to the winery is highly recommended. The hotel itself features modern, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find that complimentary laundry and dryer services were available for guests. The hotel also has its own onsen, which was an unexpected bonus when we made our booking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making them perfect for our family. Another standout feature was the breakfast. I would highly recommend booking a room package that includes breakfast, as the selection is good and everything we tried was delicious. One of the most memorable aspects was the opportunity to sample three different varieties of Hokkaido milk: local Furano milk, Tokachi milk, and Ebetsu milk. I had often heard about the quality of Hokkaido's dairy products, and being able to compare the distinct flavors from different regions side by side was a unique and enjoyable experience. It was one of the most interesting and memorable parts of our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the winery experience and excellent facilities to the outstanding breakfast and warm hospitality, it was truly a memorable stay. I would not hesitate to return if I visit Furano again.

10/10 tutto intorno incredibile luogo di soggiorno quando visitate Furano e Biei. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e il servizio viene sempre qui prima è evidente. Bello avere un onsen, super rilassante per tornare. Lavanderia è conveniente avere sul sito. L'hotel è in una grande posizione, due parcheggi se si guida. Le camere e il bagno sono più grandi del vostro tipico alloggio della città giapponese. Offre graziosamente il te' pomeriggio complimentare, caffè specializzato con snack, caffè e sapore locale di vino. Quando torno, restero' qui di nuovo. Grazie mille. È assolutamente meraviglioso.

A small and simple place to stay, you can see that the place is a bit aged but its clean and tidy. The room is small but one thingn want to highlight, the breakfast was incredible! very nice breakfast :)

Molto buon ostello per snowboard. Con le strutture che si adattano agli ospiti. Shuttle bus ferma la zona sciistica davanti all'ostello. Molto consigliato

The staffs there are super nice, they will try their best to support you when you need to make a reservation at a restaurant. They will also recommend what is the popular cuisine nearby. The food at the hotel is also decent if you want to dine in. The choice is limited but quality is good.

I stayed 5 nights in July 2025, and I am fully satisfied and would totally recommend the hostel. The hostel is located in a peaceful area, you can get there by bus from the airport or from Furano Station. The hostel provides slippers, a towel, a toothbrush, a hair brush, and earplugs. You will find shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers. The bunk beds are spacious enough for a tall person (I'm 170 and had lots of space left), have and entrance with a curtain that totally covers from the light outside if you need to go to bed early, and you can charge your phone inside. I met many nice people, both Japanese and foreigners, the hostel is very international, we had some convenience store food for dinner/breakfast in the common room and shared our travel plans and recommendations for the local area. I was advised to go to Biei Tourism Information to book a half a day tour, which can be booked on the day there, and includes all the sightseeing spots around Biei, so you don't have to worry about how to get to these famous tourist spots. Also, I was advised to rent a bicycle (the 2nd one from the station is only 2000yen for a day) and where to go around Furano, so I'm really happy the hostel provides a common area for us to help each other, and to never feel alone there. All in all, I'll be back in the winter season and for lavender season again. Thank you for having me.

A Fernix Furano ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale era caldo, accogliente e sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. La stanza era senza spot, spaziosa e molto confortevole, con tutte le attrezzature che mi servivano. La posizione è eccellente, confortevole per le attrazioni, ma tranquillo abbastanza per rilassarsi. Ho anche apprezzato delizioso colazione e efficiente manutenzione domestica]. In generale, la mia esperienza ha superato le aspettative.

Anche se è vecchio stile, la decorazione del negozio è molto vecchia, ma il servizio complessivo è buono, il personale è vecchio, ma l'atteggiamento è entusiasta.Abbiamo portato un caramello per mangiare, senza coltelli, la ricetta aiuta a aprire il caramello, aiuta anche a coprire il conto, eccellente.

地點比較偏，不是自己不建議哈。酒店老舊，但乾淨。房間裏的插座不方便，充電的東西沒有地方放。洗手間門檻高，裏面還要換拖鞋，對老年人可能不方便。前台態度極好，借給我充電器。晚飯極好。早餐也不錯。買了大堂裏的薰衣草精油，單方的，不貴。出租車去車站單程約3000日元。
