I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colva, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail that this hotel offers. Here are some highlights from my stay: 1. **Exceptional Staff**: The staff at Courtyard by Marriott truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests. 3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The convenience of being so close to the beach added a special touch to my stay. 4. **Comfortable Rooms**: The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. 5. **Dining Options**: The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every palate. Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Colva, was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and the prime location near the beach makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Recentemente sono rimasto a Fairfield da Marriott Benaulim e purtroppo la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative tipicamente associate al marchio Marriott. Quando sono arrivato, ho dovuto aspettare più di 30 minuti per la mia stanza, che era frustrante dopo un lungo viaggio. Quando sono finalmente entrato, mi sono deluso per vedere che la stanza non era pulita correttamente. Ci sono stati tinture visibili sulla lampada, la lampada sul lato del letto non funzionava, e la stanza ha un odore sgradevole. Per tutta la permanenza, molti tagli di elettricità durante il giorno sono stati aggiunti alla complessiva inconvenienza e disagio. Sebbene comprendo che occasionalmente si possono verificare problemi tecnici, mi sono sentito insufficiente attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione di base che hanno inciso in modo significativo sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Spero che la gestione prenda queste preoccupazioni sul serio e si adopera per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti, poiché la posizione e la proprietà hanno potenziale.

Un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite. Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino. In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

Questo è un bel ristorante con belle camere. Il nostro era pulito e spazioso. Il personale era generalmente molto buono e assistito con cose come la prenotazione di taxi. La spiaggia non è privata - solo il percorso di accesso alla spiaggia è privato. Non ci è stato alcun problema. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare 11000 rupie ciascuno per una festa obbligatoria di Anno Nuovo, che insistevano che fossimo stati notificati quando non avessimo, e sostenevano che non potevano controllare fino a quando non abbiamo pagato. E' stato estorto insistere su questo pagamento senza preavviso (e, prima di loro hanno detto che siamo stati certamente contattati ma non hanno trovato prove, e poi hanno detto che non avevano modo di contattarci). Infine abbiamo pagato con un sconto e abbiamo goduto della festa, ma l'esperienza mi ha lasciato un gusto sgradevole e avverto chiunque dica, a Natale o a Nuovi anni, che si verificheranno queste partite estremamente costose e obbligatorie.

Assolutamente meraviglioso soggiorno! ❤️ Da quando mi sono sentito meno come un ospite e più come un membro della famiglia. I proprietari e l'intera squadra sono incredibilmente caldi, curati e genuinamente gentili. Non forniscono un posto per stare, si prendono cura di te. Durante il mio soggiorno, la madre dei proprietari era anche in visita, e lei era così gentile da insegnarmi come fare samosas! Erano assolutamente deliziosi, ed era così speciale, esperienza personale che mi ricorderò per molto tempo! ❤️ Quando dovevo affittare una scooty, tutta la famiglia dell'hotel (la gente) si occupava di tutto, si preparavano a consegnarlo direttamente al resort e poi a raccoglierlo. Ho avuto anche un piccolo incidente e danneggiato una parte della scooty. I proprietari mi hanno aiutato a comunicare con la società di noleggio e mi hanno chiesto di assicurarmi che tutto fosse gestito correttamente. Questo tipo di supporto e cura va molto oltre quello che si aspettava di solito da un hotel. E poi, naturalmente, c'è la posizione, il resort è letteralmente sul lato della spiaggia. Siete solo due passi dal mare! 🌊 Le camere sono pulite, il ristorante è fresco e delizioso, l'intera squadra è meravigliosa e l'atmosfera è così calda che si sente davvero come parte della famiglia. Ho anche notato che molti ospiti tornano qui anno dopo anno, e penso che tutto questo dica su questo posto. ❤️ Grazie alla famiglia celeste di Cupid per un soggiorno così caldo e bellissimo. Всем привет, была в этом отеле. Было очень приятно и тихо. Кормили супер вкусно, всегда были приветливые и пытались помочь со всеми вопросами. Брала полный пансион и ни разу не пожалела. Если требуется - отель всегда может приготовить не остро для гостя. Понимаю, что, наверное, многих пугали отзывы про старый фонд-но мне достался весьма приличный номер)
