Hotel con parcheggio a Panchgani

Going by the suffix resort, one went with the expectation of a landscaped property in the midst of greenery serene surroundings view etc. This one located in a congested mid town area of panchgani does not meet these critetia. It appears to be a very old inherited property with large portions except 5 odd cottages selectively refurbished with livable intetiors and the rest in unrestored state. Owners are friendly courteous and helpful, food nothing to write about and only advantage if any is its proximity to the main market. Rooms and beds are maintained clean and livable with basic add ons like clean towels and toiletry.

Stayed at Jumbo Serene in the last week of Feb 2025. The location is away from the main Klinger road. So, it was very quite, away from the hub and noise of the city. The food was prepared by experienced chef and was tasty. The room was clean and the amenities provided were good. The hot and cold water system is really excellent. Especially mentioning this because we were disappointed with the cleanliness and hot water system at the Summer Plaza. The service is good.

Good place to stay and calm and best to visit mahabaleshwar. This place is on road touch food quality is good room size too big with huge balcony with best view. Staff is vary cooperative

Hotel was good but the staff behaviour was very reticulous. We are vacating the room before 9 am and actual time is 10 am and we asked the room for 10 minutes for my daughter ( 5 year old) nature call and the admin boy refused to give the key. This is not good and they are not taking care for the luggage of other, they kept 03 bags of other person in our car and when the person asked regarding the bag, they given our number and told we taken the bag. Very bad experience with hotel staff. Due to this we are late and missed our bus which to hyderabad.
