Il soggiorno era fantastico

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato e ciò che l'hotel aveva mostrato su MMT come loro offerte, è stato un soggiorno che ha soddisfatto e in alcuni casi ha anche superato le nostre aspettative. Ogni membro del personale con cui abbiamo interagito era caldo e professionale, conosciuto bene i limiti di un piccolo hotel e non pretende di essere qualcun altro, piuttosto operano bene entro tale limite. Anche la loro posizione è un grande vantaggio per i viaggiatori che si spostano da Delhi. È molto vicino ai Ganges e anche a Har ki Pauri e ancora lontano dalla agitazione allo stesso tempo. Il nostro obiettivo principale di visitare Haridwar era di andare al Parco Nazionale Rajaji e la collina Foresta si trova molto vicino alla Range Ranipur e anche se un po 'distante, ma molto ben accessibile a Jhilmil e Chilla. La stanza era abbastanza grande, comoda e ben mantenuta. E anche se per molti sembrava sorprendente, ci piaceva vedere che tutta la suite di canali era disponibile su Tata Sky, che mancava in molti grandi hotel per la maggior parte del tempo. Questa attenzione ai dettagli è lodevole e ci auguriamo che anche in futuro vi sarà un ospite. Grazie per l'ospitalità e per il meglio.

Staff are very much supportive, I request them to check in 1 hr before that they accepted without any time wasting. Good experience with the reception, and check in, however for the price they are (or mmt) charging the basic rooms are too small. Thankfully, the manager upgraded the room for my parents which was spacious. Cleanliness is good, services are good. Just a little overpriced for the size of rooms.

Molto bello e pulito hotel. Belle camere, comportamento del personale è molto buono. Posizione è molto buona con parcheggio sicuro. Circa 2 km dall'udito ki paudi. Molto vicino alle principali ghats

Molto gentile, utile e professionale. Il flusso di bagno non funzionava per la durata del soggiorno, né era l'acqua calda per la doccia, anche se il personale si è spinto oltre a riparare, era sconfortabile. Ho scelto questo hotel a causa delle recensioni positive. Ma mi è stato deluso per il prezzo che ho pagato.

Just one word.. Great stay

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells. Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee. On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work. How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ? But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!
