Hotel con parcheggio a Haridwar

Il check-in era regolare, il tempo minimo trascorso. La zona di front desk e di avvicinamento era senza spot. Il personale dell'hotel era eccezionalmente accogliente, La stanza sul terzo piano ha una vista fantastica sui Ganges fluenti. La stanza, tuttavia, ha avuto una persistente problema di rumore stradale alla notte a causa delle finestre sottili. Con un migliore rumore, questo posto sarebbe una scelta di cinque stelle. La vicinanza ai paesaggi e al centro della città lo rende una grande posizione. Con delizioso cibo e personale meraviglioso, ci sono stati spezzati per la scelta. Good experience with the reception, and check in, however for the price they are (or mmt) charging the basic rooms are too small. Thankfully, the manager upgraded the room for my parents which was spacious. Cleanliness is good, services are good. Just a little overpriced for the size of rooms.

Very neat and clean hotel. Nice rooms, staff behaviour is very good. Location is very good with safe parking. Approximately 2km from hear ki paudi. Very near to main ghats

場所もいわゆる宿街で、朝にはホテル前にいつもリクシャが溜まっています。朝食も夕食も頼めば部屋に運んでくれます。食事は朝・昼・夜は5階のテラスか部屋で、普通の料金でスナック・ドリンク・カレー等充実してます。テラスの眺めもとても良いです。レセプションで色々頼めば応じてくれます。 部屋もオシャレで妥当な料金でオススメします。たいして料金が変わらないので、大きい部屋にしました。カフェスペースがあってくつろげました。

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells. Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee. On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work. How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ? But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!
