Hotel con parcheggio a Valle della Marna

L'hotel si trova accanto alla stazione della metropolitana, a meno di due minuti di distanza, che vi porterà al centro città in mezz'ora. Proprio come il tram che porta direttamente all'aeroporto, quindi è lontano dal centro ma perfettamente collegato. Molto bello, tutto nuovo e ben curato. Il quartiere è tranquillo e bello. La colazione è molto buona: formaggi, salumi, pane, panini, torte...

We had already spent 1 week in Nice and I was looking for cheap and convenient accommodation near Paris for 6 nights. Came across this property on Trip.com and decided to take a chance on it. I’ll start with the positive points: 1. The lobby was very modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. 2. There is good security with access codes and double doors, so not everyone could just enter the hotel. 3. Inthe main lobby, there’s a a wall display full of useful things you could borrow eg Nespresso Machines, Hand Mixer etc and even a kick scooter & skateboard. 4. They also had hot Tea, coffee and a Still & Sparkling water dispenser you could refill for free. 5. The lobby also carried loaves of bread, jams, various snacks and soft drinks you could purchase. 6. Our “studio” was more like a 1 bedroom as the was a wall between the bedroom and the kitchen. It had a small table, 2 chairs and a surprisingly well-equipped tiny kitchen with a microwave, above-averagely large mini-fridge and all kinds of utensils, flatware & dinnerware you could need. 7. Adagio Quai-Ivry is located approximately 400M from the Ivry-Sur-Seine station on the RER B line. The train was never crowded whenever we took it, so that was very nice. 8. The hotel is about 20-25mins by train from Notre-Dame, Musee d’Orsay (places we wanted to see). For Montmarte, Eiffel Tower etc, you’ll need to transfer from RER to a metro line and walk. Average travel time was 40mins. We found it easy to buy cardboard tickets from the Ivry-Sur-Seine RER station every day, so we didn’t bother using the Navigo or RAPT App. 9. Pro tip: The BEAR Cafe right across Adagio has really delicious burgers and alcoholic drinks were extremely affordable, so don’t hesitate to eat there if you’re too lazy to venture too far. 10. There’s also a small grocery store close to the RER station for small things, so that was really convenient to grab stuff on our way back to the hotel. Now for the negatives: My 1st complaint was when we checked in on April 24, there was a strong bad stench (like poop / sewage) wafting through the 5th floor corridor. Housekeeping must have tried very hard to clean it up for many hours coz it only finally dissipated in the evening of April 25. I wasn’t sure if one of the rooms had a toilet choke but it was super 🤮🤮🤮. 2nd complaint: the bathroom layout was very poor. The designer of the rooms didn’t care about ergonomics. The toilet was very near the left wall that also had the heated towel rack. For someone who’s only 5’2”, my knees barely had 2 inch clearance to the wall in front. Anyone who’s very tall would find this very uncomfortable. Also, the toilet roll was positioned way back on the left wall, and if you are not a circus contortionist, you would have a hard time reaching it. After using the toilet once, I gave up trying to reach for the toilet paper. Instead, I removed the toilet roll from the holder and just put it on the flipped-down cover of the heated towel rack controls for easier access. 3rd complaint: The holder for the handheld shower was loose plus the water pressure was very weak, so the shower head kept flopping down towards the taps and it was impossible to shower like that. I managed to prop it up with a rolled-up small towel and just tried to clean myself as best as I know could. Overall, it was value for money as we are very relaxed travelers and were able to tolerate the inconveniences as we saw it. It’s definitely not a location for fussy travelers who have very high expectations.

È un bell'hotel e ci siamo goduti il ​​soggiorno. La camera non è grande, quindi abbiamo fatto fatica ad aprire i bagagli. È dotata di un piccolo frigorifero e di uno scaldabagno. Offrono acqua e limone al piano di sotto e c'è un piccolo pallone da calcio con cui giocare nella hall. La colazione è gratuita per i bambini, anche se non è molto varia. C'è un supermercato e un fruttivendolo nelle vicinanze. C'è una stazione della metropolitana nelle vicinanze, a soli due minuti a piedi. È un hotel consigliabile. L'hotel è carino. Sebbene la camera sia piccola, è dotata di bollitore e minifrigo. Nella hall c'è acqua e limone e frutta e c'è un calcio balilla per giocare. C'è un supermercato Auchan nelle vicinanze, comodo per fare la spesa. C'è anche un fruttivendolo. La stazione della metropolitana è molto vicina, a circa due minuti a piedi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è altamente raccomandato.

L'hotel è carino, con la linea 8 della metropolitana. Se volete acquistare un biglietto della metropolitana subito, dovete girare a sinistra dopo essere usciti dall'hotel e la stazione con il cartellone del McDonald's è a circa 400 metri di distanza. La stazione della metropolitana che gira a destra dopo essere usciti dall'hotel accetta solo tessere autobus, non contanti. La cosa principale è che potete comprare verdura e cucinare da soli, e ci sono piccoli supermercati nelle vicinanze. Dovete buttare la spazzatura in camera da soli, altrimenti dovrete pagare 20 euro all'addetto alle pulizie. Bell'hotel, comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto con la metropolitana.

A 40 minuti dal centro città, ma con ottimi collegamenti e personale straordinario. Ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta con un sorriso. La colazione era fantastica. C'era una grande varietà di scelta e tutto era delizioso. Ottima struttura nel complesso.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It is close to the train station and not far from central Paris, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful during my stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the air conditioning. During my visit, the outside temperature was around 38–40°C, yet the room temperature remained around 27°C and guests could not properly control it. As a result, the room was extremely hot, especially at night. I struggled to sleep because my body was overheating and I was sweating heavily throughout the night. At one point, I felt dizzy and close to fainting due to the heat. There was a QR code next to the AC control explaining that the system was designed this way for environmental reasons. While I appreciate efforts to reduce energy consumption, guest comfort and safety should also be considered, especially during a heatwave. I had originally booked four nights, but after spending just one uncomfortable night in the room, I decided to check out and move to another hotel with a properly functioning air conditioning system. The location and staff were good, but the lack of effective climate control completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

Un séjour agréable, la proximité avec Paris permet de profiter facilement des activités de la ville, notamment avec le bois de Vincennes. Endroit reposant avec vue selon la chambre, sur la Marne. Établissement sérieux quant à la propreté, literie et linge toujours impeccables. Pas de mauvaise surprise et personnel accueillant. Ce qui, après pleine satisfaction de ma première réservation en 2025, a motivé ma seconde en 2026, et sans doute une suivante à l'avenir, si l'occasion se présente. (A noter que fin mars 2026, l'hôtel est en rénovation ainsi que le dessous du pont qui lui est immédiatement adjacent, ce qui n'entrave absolument pas la qualité du séjour, vous n'entenderez rien). Par contre, prévoyez un chargeur USB si vous en avez la nécessité, il n'y pas de branchement USB à ma connaissance. Bon voyage.

L'hotel non annulla l'addebito in sospeso di 100 euro sulla carta di credito come deposito dopo aver effettuato il check-out per 7 giorni. Ho seguito le loro richieste di pulizia delle camere e non c'è alcun messaggio sulla loro lentezza!

Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dell'hotel. Era a soli 360 metri dalla metropolitana, che in circa 25 minuti portava al centro di Parigi. Era in un bel quartiere con alcuni ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Le camere erano molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Sicuramente un buon hotel a 3 stelle 👍
