Hotel con parcheggio a Provincia di Tarragona

Perfect location for vacation. Convenient for city walk and a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Room is vey spacious and clean. Definitely stay again if I have a chance to come back to Tarragona.

La stanza stessa era confortevole e la posizione era buona. Eravamo inoltre consapevoli che l'hotel non dispone di una 24-hour ricevimento e si basa su un kiosk auto-in-check, che noi eravamo preparati e non aveva alcun problema in linea di principio. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza è diventata estremamente stressante quando il kiosk non è riuscito a riconoscere una prenotazione valida. Nonostante la prenotazione confermata via Trip.com, il kiosk non ha potuto localizzare la nostra prenotazione né per nome o riferimento di prenotazione.Abbiamo provato ogni opzione possibile per più di 45 minuti di ritardo di notte, senza accesso al supporto del personale. Senza alcuna alternativa, siamo stati costretti a prenotare e pagare per una stanza supplementare in loco solo per avere un posto dove dormire, lasciando la nostra stanza originale (che già era pagata) inutilizzata. All'epoca in cui finalmente ci siamo reclutati, tutti i ristoranti vicini erano chiusi e siamo andati senza cena. La mattina seguente, risolvere questo problema era altrettanto frustrante; non c'era nessuna ricezione fino a mezzogiorno, quindi dovremmo aspettare e perdere una parte importante della nostra giornata. Quando finalmente abbiamo parlato al dipartimento frontale, non c'era nessuna scusa o riconoscimento del disturbo causato. Invece, la responsabilità è stata deviata sulla piattaforma di prenotazione di terzi, nonostante il fatto che il kiosk è progettato per lavorare con un numero di prenotazione o con il nome di un ospite. Solo dopo aver spiegato con fermezza che il fallimento del kiosco ci ha costretto a spendere quasi 100 euro in una notte extra, sembrava che la questione fosse registrata. Mentre la notte aggiuntiva fu finalmente rimborsata, la mancanza di empatia e responsabilità lasciava un'impressione negativa duratura. È una vergogna, poiché l'hotel stesso ha potenziale. Purtroppo, a causa del modo in cui questa situazione è stata gestita, non rientrarei o consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno che arriva fuori dalle ore di ricezione normali.

Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

The hotel was easy to find and was extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spacious. The hotel looked like a resort very close to the sea. It looked very luxurious and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Strongly recommended. The customer service offered help in English easily.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

L'appartamento era fantastico! Due bagni e doccia separati erano eccellenti per adulti e bambini. Le letti erano confortevoli e balcone enorme. In particolare, il balcone ha avuto l'impatto, anche se i paesaggi non erano casuali - però un luogo di soggiorno molto piacevole. I ragazzi giocavano anche a calcio con un balcone, mentre gli adulti potevano godere del tempo per le loro sedie a sole. Lavatrice è il salvataggio di ogni famiglia in viaggio di famiglia. Abbiamo potuto lavare i vestiti sudati (calore + 30-35C) poche volte durante le vacanze. L'aria condizionata senza sarebbe stata in grado di funzionare e, per fortuna, la regolazione era facile se si è reso troppo fredda. Sì, l'aria condizionata funzionava così bene che in estate potrebbe diventare fredda. Il nostro figlio ha avuto una piccola risonanza, forse per l'aria condizionata, o per qualcos'altro che lo sa, ma comunque, la mia casa era molto attrezzata. Abbiamo ordinato un servizio in occasione della prenotazione per le colazioni di colazione, che erano ricchi, ma un po' diverse, di cui ci abituavamo a casa in Finlandia. I spagnoli mangiano dolce e zucchero in un mattino terribile, che ci era un po' strano, quindi alcuni dei biscotti non sono stati mangiati. I pani erano buoni, anche se un po' sali (pesto + formaggio grasso). Una colazione molto deliziosa in media. Tornerei in un posto! ps. un piccolo meno fatturato perché la prenotazione (pay at hotel) il nostro prezzo era del 30% più basso di quello che il check-in ha cercato di pagare da noi all'arrivo. Non l'abbiamo accettata, quindi non abbiamo fatto il check-in e poi abbiamo finito bene con l'hotel, a un prezzo ragionevole.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

In general we liked.the hotel . Nice sweeming pool. Clean . Good breakfast . BUT there are many groups of kids coming to stay over night and they will live on the same floor with you. And lots of kids =lots of noise early in the morning to late at night. So I don't recommend this stay if you looking for a quiet place. The hotel is 10 min walk from Porr Avebtura and 20 minutes walk to the city where all the shops and restaurants are . No shuttle bus . No à la carte restaurant

Pretty decent hotel stay. Enjoyed staying there, and definitely will stay there again!
