Hotel con parcheggio a Provincia di Cadice

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. The location was very convenient — close to restaurants, public transport, and key attractions. Breakfast was also great with a good variety of options. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will gladly return on my next trip.

La comunicazione dell'hotel non è pronta o efficace. Inoltre, l'indirizzo dell'hotel è stato cambiato in un nuovo indirizzo dopo che l'hotel ha confermato la mia prenotazione. La distanza dalla spiaggia dell'hotel è passata da 5 a 12 minuti, e la promessa di 24-hour ricezione è cambiata a nessuna ricezione. Il codice di accesso non è stato inviato immediatamente dopo l'iscrizione, ma l'ho ricevuto dall'hotel solo dopo che Trip ha contattato l'hotel. La camera da letto e la camera da letto hanno finestre, ma siamo allo stesso livello di quelli che si trovano in strada. Non ci sentiamo privati e confortevoli aprire la finestra o anche con la cortina ombra chiusa con la finestra aperta. La lavatrice e la segatrice sono condivise con altri viaggiatori sul tetto. La funzione di pulizia è buona, ma la segatura non funziona bene. Il pennello è stato trovato solo l'ultimo giorno dopo che il pulitore mi l'ha mostrato. L'hotel dovrebbe dire il primo giorno quando li ho chiesto, piuttosto che chiedermi di chiamarli mentre ero solo su un dato si e non potevo fare una chiamata. Le palle di lavaggio sono fornite. Le ombrelle di spiaggia sono anche conservate in un lobby che non è visibile per noi fino al giorno in cui abbiamo controllato. Direi che ha tutto, ma le capacità di comunicazione dell'hotel hanno spazio per migliorare.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

У нас было трех дневное путешествие по Кадису, остановившись в данном отеле, ничуть не пожалели. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию и фотографии, отличная уборка, несмотря на то что сантехника немного устарела, в номере было очень чисто и уютно. Вкусный, свежий и  и разнообразный завтрак. Очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Удачное расположение отеля, Рядом океан, множество кафе, до Старого города Кадис можно дойти пешком или доехать на автобусе, остановка рядом.   Спасибо сотрудникам за гостеприимство !! С радостью вернемся снова!

The experience was great - it is a good hotel with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere with stunning views, comfortable beds, no fuss early check in and generally excellent. I would say though on my first trip I booked a suite and upon return I went with a regular sized room. It seems awfully fussy to bring this up but it did not seem quite worth it : there was no plug in the bath and even though I asked for one to be sent none was delivered. There were pencil shavings in the room bathroom sink, very few sachets of tea or coffee a couple packets of broken biscuits and lack of milk. I don't mean to be overly negative - these are resolvable issues - and I would visit again!

Mio padre adora soggiornare in questo hotel. Purtroppo, ci siamo fermati solo due notti per visitare Gibilterra. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla reception e il check-in è stato rapido. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era spaziosa come l'avevamo vista su internet. Dato che l'hotel ha 123 anni, si nota dall'arredamento e dai mobili datati. Credo che necessiti di una ristrutturazione, poiché l'aria condizionata era debole e abbiamo sudato molto durante la notte. Penso che questo problema riguardi solo alcune camere, dato che la camera dei miei amici era gelida. Questo problema dovrebbe essere facilmente risolvibile, ma eravamo appena tornati da un'altra città ed eravamo così stanchi che non volevamo spostare di nuovo i bagagli e abbiamo preferito sopportare la situazione. La pressione dell'acqua era buona e l'acqua calda istantanea. Il piumone e la biancheria da letto erano puliti e nuovi. La colazione a buffet era eccellente per varietà e qualità. Ci è piaciuto molto fare colazione all'aperto, godendoci il canto degli uccelli. La piscina è di buone dimensioni e ben sorvegliata. Mi piacerebbe tornare, il prezzo è assolutamente giustificato. L'hotel ci ha chiamato un taxi che è arrivato in soli 2 minuti. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'efficienza. Inoltre, ci è piaciuto molto conoscere gente qui. Sono tutti molto gentili e amano fare amicizia in hotel. Direi che soggiornare qui è stata una delle migliori scelte che abbia mai fatto.

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

Il proprietario dell'hotel era molto bello - ha preso un asciugacapelli e un asciugacapelli a richiesta del mio amico e ci ha portato ad El Puerto de Santa Maria mentre aspettavamo l'autobus in pioggia. In questo modo, l'hotel è in una zona tranquilla e residenziale e ci sono solo pochi negozi e ristoranti a piedi, verso la spiaggia di Valdegrana. Tuttavia, siamo stati li' in marzo, ma sono sicuro che più è aperto durante i mesi estivi. Si raffredda anche nelle camere in marzo, quindi se hai paura delle temperature fredde in camera potresti voler cercare un posto con riscaldamento centrale o riscaldamento spaziale sul sito. Inoltre, il trasporto viene infrequente e si chiude presto - come alle 10, 11 pm - per permettere un po' di tempo e fare qualche ricerca quando si è pronti a lasciare la zona all'hotel.

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options. The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities

Very clean and comfortable. Great location steps from the main squares with many dining options. No shared kitchen or refrigerator in room, but it’s very helpful that the room had a sink. Shared bathroom basic but clean, one shower and two toilets on the floor, but never had to wait.
