Hotel con parcheggio a Provincia di Cadice

La comunicazione dell'hotel non è pronta o efficace. Inoltre, l'indirizzo dell'hotel è stato cambiato in un nuovo indirizzo dopo che l'hotel ha confermato la mia prenotazione. La distanza dalla spiaggia dell'hotel è passata da 5 a 12 minuti, e la promessa di 24-hour ricezione è cambiata a nessuna ricezione. Il codice di accesso non è stato inviato immediatamente dopo l'iscrizione, ma l'ho ricevuto dall'hotel solo dopo che Trip ha contattato l'hotel. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato con una cucina aperta. La camera da bagno ha solo un asciugamano per ogni persona per un soggiorno 4-day. La pressione dell'acqua è forte e veloce. La cucina ha tutto quello che ti serve, ma il tavolo non è visibile. C'è un caldo ma nessun caffè. La camera da letto e la camera da letto hanno finestre, ma siamo allo stesso livello di quelli che si trovano in strada. Non ci sentiamo privati e confortevoli aprire la finestra o anche con la cortina ombra chiusa con la finestra aperta. La lavatrice e la segatrice sono condivise con altri viaggiatori sul tetto. La funzione di pulizia è buona, ma la segatura non funziona bene. Il pennello è stato trovato solo l'ultimo giorno dopo che il pulitore mi l'ha mostrato. L'hotel dovrebbe dire il primo giorno quando li ho chiesto, piuttosto che chiedermi di chiamarli mentre ero solo su un dato si e non potevo fare una chiamata. Le palle di lavaggio sono fornite. Le ombrelle di spiaggia sono anche conservate in un lobby che non è visibile per noi fino al giorno in cui abbiamo controllato. Direi che ha tutto, ma le capacità di comunicazione dell'hotel hanno spazio per migliorare.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. The location was very convenient — close to restaurants, public transport, and key attractions. Breakfast was also great with a good variety of options. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will gladly return on my next trip.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

Prime location! Lots of restaurants around and you will be few steps away from the beach. The front desk employees were great, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great as well! To me, the rooms/property were a bit dated but clean.

One main flaw: The roof was leaking after the storm, needed to apply for a refund on our 3rd night because we couldn’t stay there any longer. Other than that, staff were very polite and lovely, the hotel was kept clean mostly had amenities and could ask reception for more if needed I think. Location is good, few mins from local shops and the staff spoke some English which made it easier. Family have stayed here previously several times so it’s a nice hotel overall. Unfortunately due to the storm though, our roof leaked water all night and day, I had to resort to cups and bottles to collect the leaks and the floor was soaked. This is why we had to leave, as well as poor weather conditions in the city. I’ve written an email, hopefully we can be refunded for the night, the staff were kind enough to help us book a taxi to get to Malaga airport.

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

Un hotel storico dall'architettura elegante, immerso in tranquilli giardini, alberi e fiori. Il parcheggio è disponibile. Tra i servizi figurano una piscina e una lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici. L'hotel offre una ricca colazione e cena a buffet e un bar aperto fino a mezzanotte con spettacoli di pianoforte serali. La posizione è comoda e il prezzo è ragionevole.

Il proprietario dell'hotel era molto bello - ha preso un asciugacapelli e un asciugacapelli a richiesta del mio amico e ci ha portato ad El Puerto de Santa Maria mentre aspettavamo l'autobus in pioggia. In questo modo, l'hotel è in una zona tranquilla e residenziale e ci sono solo pochi negozi e ristoranti a piedi, verso la spiaggia di Valdegrana. Tuttavia, siamo stati li' in marzo, ma sono sicuro che più è aperto durante i mesi estivi. Si raffredda anche nelle camere in marzo, quindi se hai paura delle temperature fredde in camera potresti voler cercare un posto con riscaldamento centrale o riscaldamento spaziale sul sito. Inoltre, il trasporto viene infrequente e si chiude presto - come alle 10, 11 pm - per permettere un po' di tempo e fare qualche ricerca quando si è pronti a lasciare la zona all'hotel.

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options. The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities

Molto pulito e confortevole. Grande posizione passi dalle piazze principali con molte opzioni per mangiare. Nessuna cucina o frigorifero condiviso in camera, ma è molto utile che la camera abbia un bacino. Bagno condiviso, basso ma pulito, una doccia e due bagni sul pavimento, ma non doveva aspettare.
