Fantastico
LLing15 - 20 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. C'è un lago davanti all'hotel che è bello.
L'hotel è un posto di scarico per entrare, prendete atto se prendete bagagli pesanti.
Letto supplementare per il costo del bambino a 300kr per notte.
Bicicletta familiare disponibile per noleggio a 600kr al giorno.
Ora felice con bevanda gratuita da 5-6 pm al giorno.
Interno artistico e giardino bello, anche arte artificiose sul muro.
In generale, non è una cattiva esperienza, alcuni sono amici, altri non.

Kkk85Great hotel and convenient to walk to all major attractions and city centre. Around 20mins from airport by metro and a 5minute walk to hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure to leave a birthday treat for us which was appreciated. For the price of the hotel it's a pity that they only provide one bottle of water and later charge 55k for a new bottle. Most hotels will replenish this free daily. Overall very comfortable stay.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è pulito, elegante e moderno, con buoni utensili da cucina, anche se alcuni punti sembrano un po' impolverati. Il vero punto negativo è che la posizione è molto difficile da riconoscere perché si trova in mezzo a grattacieli e ho dovuto fare parecchie scale. Il segnaposto della posizione dell'hotel non è accurato e mi ha portato a un vecchio e inquietante magazzino, poi ho capito che l'hotel era accanto, ma il cancello non era aperto in quel momento (probabilmente perché era quasi mezzanotte). Sono arrivata alle 23:00 con molta confusione nel cercare l'hotel, ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti ma non ho ricevuto risposta o soluzione, e alla fine ho trovato l'hotel dopo un'ora.

UUtente ospiteI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

TTej ErwinsThis is one of the hotels I’ve stayed for quite long as I really liked it. I had to switch between two different rooms as I couldn’t extend my stay in one room. That said, it already speaks volume about the quality and efficiency of stay in this hotel. Hotels staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are so spacious even for a single occupant. Plus what I liked the most is that there are kitchenettes in each room which has a sink, a fridge, an induction stove, and several kitchen utensils and stuff you can use. Yes, you can definitely prepare and cook your own meals without spending too much on dine outs. They also offer breakfast and dinner for a separate fee. Also, their laundry service is justifiable with DKK 40 for washing and drying for every load (not per unit). And the other highlights? ~ it’s pretty accessible to the Metro Station, nearby shops and grocery stores, and the ever stunning Amager Beach overlooking the amazing Øresund Bridge connecting Denmark and Sweden. I loved and enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Their price is valid and worth it. I highly recommend for you to try yourself. And I’ll definitely book it again soonest when I get back to Denmark, hopefully. ❣️😇🙏🏼

La strada di shopping del re di Hamburg, la borsa di marchio, i negozi di cucina sono tutti, molto conveniente
La stanza è grande, pulita, buona vista, bella ambiente per la colazione, pochi tipi, negozio di particelle sottostanti, hamburger, business prosper!

Chiesto al personale di scrivania maschile che sembrava meno interessato a aiutarmi fuori e ha fatto una ricerca di 3 secondi sul suo computer e mi ha detto di mettere un messaggio sull'app per vedere se qualcuno l'ha trovato. Non era colpito dalla sua mancanza di aiuto.
Deve pagare per usare la cucina e lo sport.
Le luci di bagno e di doccia nella stanza sono state attivate e illuminate automaticamente. Le porte sono state congelate, anche quando si chiuse, e si accendevano mentre qualcuno camminava e illuminava l'intera stanza. Così difficile da scorrere con la luce continuamente in marcia e fuori tutta la notte

KKeurineProbabilmente il miglior hotel che si possa trovare a questo prezzo in Danimarca! La camera è spaziosa, pulita, il corridoio e la porta d'ingresso sono ben progettati, tutto trasmette comfort e qualità! Il servizio clienti è stato disponibile e cordiale. Avremmo voluto fermarci più notti. È a 20 minuti di metropolitana dal centro, a una fermata da un centro commerciale piuttosto grande con un ipermercato (oppure a 15 minuti a piedi). È anche vicino a un buon ristorante e a un supermercato. La zona non è ancora molto sviluppata, quindi non è così affollata e rumorosa. Adoro questo posto.

UUtente ospiteOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
