UUtente anonimoHonestly this is the best hotel I stay during my whole trip in China. Once I enter the lobby to check in they serve us with a tea. One of the lady also know how to speak some English which is good for foreigners. They don't really question us that much regarding our visa like any other hotel. The lobby is also spacious and very nice interior. The room I book for 3 people is so big too it can fit for 4 people. We were given the 8th floor so we get the view of the front of Nanshan. The laundry area is really nice, everything is there! The laundry detergent, the iron. And what I like the most is they have laundry services in which the aayi will help you do your laundry and even fold them for you! 🤗 In our room we also have a sofa which is great! I also ask for a late checkout but they don't have problem with it at all. After check out they gave us another bottle of water. Overall this is the best hotel I've had so far and will definitely stay here again when I came to Zhenjiang!😍 5 STAR!!

FFeitianxiaonvjingVICKYQuesta volta, l'esperienza dell'hotel Zhu Hua Meda è fantastica!L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è elegante e l'atmosfera è calda e il nuovo stile cinese è elegante.La stanza è pulita e pulita, spazio aperto, letti morbidi e confortevoli, l'isolamento sonoro e la luce sono molto e sono molto stabili. Il servizio del personale è entusiasta e attento, gestire l'alloggio efficiente e rispondere in tempo utile.Lavatrice è lavatrice di mani di sapore di mela verde, lavatrice di capelli di luce è il sapore di erba fresca di cavallo, mi piace.La colazione è ricco e la copertura di terra e il sapore è autentico. La posizione geografica è eccellente, il viaggio è comodo, le strutture sono complete, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto, vengo a Changjiang per la prima scelta, la prossima volta tornerò!

UUtente ospiteAlthough this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel.

UUtente ospiteHo scelto questo hotel invece di quelli vicino alla Plaza Suning per vivere abitando localmente per qualche giorno, e stavo anche pianificando un viaggio a Yangzhong, quindi questo è il punto centrale tra la Plaza Suning e Yangzhong. Piacevolmente sorpreso dalla grande e ben tenuta stanza.Il personale era gentile e grande ospite quando entravano o lasciavano l'hotel. 👍👍
Il famoso Yongan fish, famoso per il suo Pesce tampone, ha un'uscita proprio intorno all'angolo, e non c'è una coda in questo outlet. È anche un negozio di noodles molto popolare con i locali vicini, chiamato la Baba面museo, che serve il vero noodle Zhenjiang, che consiglio a tutti di provare.
Viaggiare in diverse scene con taxi dall'hotel non costa più che rmb15.

TTomoko M 0926Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face.
My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
HOWEVER, there is only one small problem.
When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not.
When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

UUtente ospiteTutto bene, eccetto il servizio in camera, che mi costretto a usare, perché dovevo lavorare tardi dalla mia stanza. L'ordine non era assolutamente semplice (non avendo notato l'avviso QR sul top del lavoro frigorifero. Ma la risposta era rapida, così anche la consegna dell'ordine. Tuttavia, il ”Cesar Salad” era triste! La lettuce si lava in un certo liquido bianco acquatico, senza sapore discernibile, alcuni crotoni e pochi pezzi di bacon secco.Specialmente deludente, dato il bellissimo frutto e verdura che la Cina ha sempre. Il corso principale ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” avrebbe dovuto essere elencato come ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! Non c'era praticamente nessuna carne di pollo reale. I pomodori rotati e le asparagi erano bellissimi, il dessert era senza ispirazione, ma rispetto alla salata e il corso principale per certo il miglior corso. Il vino? completamente inbevande. Aperto, gettato un piccolo volume di gusto, sgombrato. Sfortunatamente succede! Sarebbe una buona idea aprire il vino a provare prima di servire

GGlenysMGreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again.
Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy.
The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see.
The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget ＞ mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China.
The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc).
My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell.
In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.
