UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at the Berman Hotel (Zhanjiang Dingsheng Plaza, Seaside Park) while visiting Zhanjiang, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every interaction was friendly and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The room was immaculately clean and comfortable and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to unwind.
One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. There was a wide selection of delicious options, both local and international, catering to different tastes. It really gave me a great start to my day.
Overall, the Berman Hotel offers a delightful experience with its friendly atmosphere, top-notch service, and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berman Hotel (Zhanjiang Dingsheng Plaza, Seaside Park)—you won’t be disappointed!

11396804****最後一晚住的是老乾部風的海濱賓館 也是俗稱的粵西迎賓館 和各家迎賓館一樣的風格 鬧中取靜 園林景觀 選址在當地風景名勝處 服務回到八十年代 兩個窗口 一個衹管開房退房 一個衹管結賬 涇渭分明 温泉確實很贊 房間裏都是用的温泉水 貨真價實的礦泉不是鍋爐難能可貴 洗過之後皮膚真的滑 都不用塗lotion 趁開館之際第一時間各個池子泡個遍 東門出去就是海邊公園 早晚走走都是不錯的風景

I genitori sono andati a fare la prima visita, ascoltare i consigli degli amici di prenotare l'hotel Jinjiang. L'esperienza del processo è molto superiore alle aspettative, ma è un vecchio hotel stellare, la qualità e il servizio sono molto più affidabili!
Il servizio dell'hotel, in particolare il numero di lavoro 6024, è il più importante che mi ha fatto sentire con i miei genitori. Durante l'11° giorno nazionale, era preoccupata per la proliferazione del processo. Quando ho comunicato con l'hotel in anticipo, era particolarmente paziente. Dopo tutto il viaggio, ha confermato attentamente il messaggio di soggiorno. Inoltre, considerando l'età dei genitori, ha organizzato una stanza relativamente tranquilla e paesaggistica. Dopo il soggiorno, sia i miei genitori hanno incontrato piccoli problemi all'hotel, sia io ho consultato a distanza. È necessario trovare un'altra persona. Lei può rispondere in tempo e rispondervi con pazienza; anche sapendo che ho un'altra persona che voglio sposare i miei genitori e aiutare a ricevere la custodia, particolarmente attenta. Più caldo, i genitori sono arrivati dal punto di vista occidentale al negozio più di dieci di sera. Il personale è ancora accogliente, completamente senza gioia, e lasciano che il cane sia tranquillo fuori.
Non c'è niente di che sia l'hardware e il ristorante dell'hotel.Il tipo di colazione è ricco e autentico. I genitori possono mangiare cibo appropriato ogni giorno; la mamma è ancora più ingombrante, dicendo che il viaggio è mezzo mese, il letto più comodo qui, e può dormire tranquillamente ogni notte.
I genitori vivevano molto felici e hanno fatto il loro soggiorno.Si consiglia davvero di portare il cappello a un amico che si muove. Scegli questo hotel con assoluta prudenza e tranquillità!

LLvchengzhongren酒店臨近主幹道卻鬧中取靜，馬路對面就是金沙灣海灘，風景不錯，自駕停車也方便。剛到停車場工作人員小潔就主動上前指引車位，熱情的笑容瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊。辦理入住時小朗效率超高，核對訊息、登記辦理一氣呵成，不到三分鐘就遞上了房卡，還細心告知電梯位置和早餐時間。最讓我們感動的是服務細節：當我們提出需要冰袋保存物品，小潔立刻從冰箱拿來四個密封冰袋，還貼心告知不夠再和我們説。房間設施新、設定比較合理，還送了歡迎水果。這裏地理位置便利，步行範圍內有多種餐廳，能滿足不同的用餐需求。有温度的服務詮釋了”賓至如歸”。無論是小潔的主動周到，還是小朗的高效專業，都讓人印象深刻。再來湛江，還會選擇這裏！

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

i) When we arrived at this hotel, the lady receiptionist gave a warm welcome and ask us to leave a contact number becuase if we left behind somethings, she can called us immediately when checking out. We are Malaysians and do not have the China telephone number, instead i gave my Wechat contact to her for easy communication. The second day while we are on the train from Zhanjiang West to Haikou, we received a message from the receiptionist saying that one package of souvenir was left behind. She done all the trouble to pack nicely the souvenir and looking for the fastest courier service to our hotel in Haikou as we will be leaving China in two days.
Thank you lady, your service is the best and we have received the package the night before departure. Although the souvenir is not costly, but your service warm our heart. We wish your hotel be proseprous in the near future.
ii) On the day of arrival, we went to the next street to have late lunch and sudden rain came. The lady receiptionist offer to send umbralla to us.
iii) During check out, she assisted us to book transport to the train station.
The hotel room is not big but it is nicely set up. There are plenty of foods outlets along the street and at night the place is busy with many food stalls/hawkers just infront of the hotel.

20250207-08 Struggling to find reception, as on 2nd floor in building of shopping centre. They do not understand! Just keep saying don't understand: ”wǒ tīng bù dǒng”. Not helpful at all! Just keep on typing on translator and not in WeChat.
Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage.
Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered...
The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰

There are hooks for the towels, which are very rare.
Shower floor didn't look good.

Big mirror with light around it in bathroom and full length mirror next to cupboard.
Room doesn't have good sound proof - hear everything next door.
Quite noisy from outside from early morning .

AAcw2005Excellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!
