Hotel con parcheggio a Yinchuan

Perfetto! La casa ci ha offerto un aggiornamento gratuito perché avevamo due cani che erano un inizio meraviglioso. Mi piace una casa che è così ospitale e mette le esigenze dei loro visitatori al di sopra del costo. La posizione è perfettamente vicina alla montagna di Helan, che ha fatto una bella mattinata per la montagna. Il gusto del vino libero ogni notte è stato più accolto e delizioso. La visita libera della loro cantina è stata anche un bel toccamento. Il cibo è stato il migliore dei tre Dalezhiye che abbiamo visitato in questa visita. Cinque stelle Michelin si sente nel ristorante con splendide viste è la montagna e la verderia di Helan. Anche vicino a molti vigneti di alto livello nella zona. Assolutamente tranquillo e perfetto per coloro che vogliono lasciare il ronzio e il ronzio. Molto consiglia di un soggiorno rilassante e pacifico a Yinchuan.

Siamo venuti a Yinchuan per visitare la montagna di pittura di Helan Rock, una tomba di Xixia, così non abbiamo visto così tanto in centro. Non mi lamentavo di questo perché potrebbe succedere, ma vi suggerisco di tenere sempre la ricetta in cinese e contattare il servizio clienti di TRIP improvvisamente e lasciare che si occupino dell'hotel, Specialmente se il treno sta per lasciare la stazione :)

La colazione era abbondante e varia, e i noodles con manzo erano deliziosi, paragonabili a quelli di Lanzhou. Anche il servizio al ristorante è stato eccellente; una cameriera molto gentile ha persino tagliato dei limoni dalla cucina, preparato due bicchieri di limonata e ce li ha portati personalmente. Tutto era accogliente e piacevole. L'hotel è il biglietto da visita più importante della città; avete contribuito ad accrescere il prestigio di Yinchuan. Grazie.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located, about a 10 min walk to the Drum Tower and the pedestrian shopping area, which includes lots of restaurants. There’s also a bus stop directly in front that is convenient to take for the museums. It’s an easy pickup location for didi and not far from many of the attractions that are in the outside of the city (about 35-40 min drive). The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the laundry facility was fabulous to have access to. The staff was outstanding (and the manager spoke a English!). They not only assisted us with recommendations, but we’re also helpful when we needed assistance regarding a package delivery we had. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there if we came to Yinchuan again!

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

La decisione fantastica di andare a Yinchuan per il Festival di barca del drago, perché ha il miglior tempo e la città più pulita in Cina. Kempinski in questa città è uno dei migliori. L'hotel è nel centro della città, quindi ci sono molte destinazioni per visitare. Per il mio viaggio, non sono andato nella zona di dune sabbiosa. Mi sono concentrato sulla parte di viaggio al parco cinema turistico snd vicino città tematica. L'hotel è anche vicino alla crescente 801 Creative Park, Night Market, e a pochi passi dal Museo Ningxia. Molti più locali e tradizionali. Portate un sacchetto d'acquisto. L'hotel ha una vista magnifica sul loro piano principale, delle deliziose opzioni alimentari dal caffè al ristorante tedesco e lobby di caffè/tea. Il personale è bilingue e le aree sono pulite. Dormire e strutture molto comode. Più belle locali intorno. Grazie per il buon soggiorno.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay (four rooms in two periods) and consider this the premier hotel in Yinchuan. While our family values our time in the lounge, we would appreciate a wider variety of food options to better reflect the hotel's prestige. However, we were disappointed by the lack of coordination regarding our room arrangements. Despite flagging a request for an upgrade in the initial booking and following up via telephone, the staff were unable to provide any details or options—whether paid or complimentary. For a stay involving four rooms over five nights, we expected a more proactive approach to accommodating such requests. Furthermore, as international guests, we found it difficult to locate a contact email, and our previous outreach went unanswered. For a hotel of this caliber, a responsive email channel is essential. It would also be a significant improvement if the concierge proactively managed restaurant bookings; having the staff facilitate local dining reservations would greatly enhance the experience for those of us visiting from abroad.

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to: · The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance. · The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean. · The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile. Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

停車非常方便，地理位置偏但對於自駕問題不大，外面環境很安靜。衹是住的當天下雨，我習慣乾燥氣候，覺得潮氣有點重。提醒一下老闆，就我訂的這個梵高什麼的房間，大床床頭靠窗户那邊角落是不是有根排水管之類的東西，雨下大了排水聲音很大。。檢查一下吧。。。

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
