The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the sheer convenience of the location cannot be beaten. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli, e l'ambiente complessivo dell'hotel sembra grande. Una volta entrate, vi salutate con un bel odore, piacevole, che fa una prima impressione davvero bello. L'ambiente esterno è bellissimo, con un grande pavimento e un bel posto spazioso per camminare.È perfetto per un giro mattinale. L'hotel offre anche piccole attività come l'artigianato DIY per bambini, che hanno tenuto i piccoli impegnati felicemente. Il servizio è eccellente il personale è molto amichevole e sempre veloce per aiutare con qualsiasi cosa ti serve.Una menzione speciale al Manager Jet, che è molto accogliente, utile e si comporta professionalemente per tutta la nostra permanenza. Apprezzo anche che se durante il vostro soggiorno vi sarà una vacanza cinese, l'hotel vi darà dei regali concetti di grande importanza sulla base del festival. Il cibo è un altro punto di vista. Tutto quello che ho provato è stato di alta qualità e gusto grande, sia che fosse colazione, cena o un snack. L'hotel ha anche un giardino e un spa, entrambi molto buoni. Clean , very good location with restaurants and bars just outside the hotel premises. It’s priced same as other hotels in its class but I think the location gives it an edge. This Hotel is ideal If you’re traveling to Xuzhou for business.

We spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning. Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system. Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.
