UUtente anonimoIf I could give the hotel more stars, I would. This hotel is just outstanding- impeccable cleanliness, comfort and decor! Owners fetched us to/from the tourist centre & train station. There is a huge window where you can drink tea and watch the beautiful mountain view. The restaurant is just below and we ordered home style food, the servings were so generous.

UUtente ospiteBeautiful and scenic homestay. The host was very kind, he picked us up from the train station and sent us to the mountain entrance. He also fetched us back to the homestay after we have completed. The host took care of us for the whole stay. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend the balcony room, it is very worth it. At night, you can see the stars from behind the mountains. Food wise, you can order ******* and it will be delivered to your door. I highly suggest you acquire the host's WeChat through Trip.com for communicating like we did.
It was an amazing stay. Thank you, host.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo scelto questo posto per la nostra escursione sul Monte Hua, proprio accanto al centro visitatori. La struttura è nuova e molto pulita. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, ci hanno accompagnato al centro visitatori e sono venuti a riprenderci dopo l'escursione. Ci hanno anche offerto guanti per aiutarci nella scalata. Hanno una mensa dove si può ordinare cibo e la colazione è abbondante. Ci sono lavatrici e asciugatrici, molto comode per lavare i vestiti. Quando siamo partiti, ci hanno dato anche delle bottiglie d'acqua. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La prossima volta che torneremo sul Monte Hua, soggiorneremo sicuramente qui!

UUtente ospiteTruly excellent. We stayed here for a total of two nights during our visit to Mount Hua. The location is close to the base of the mountain, the food is delicious and affordable, the room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and clean, complete with two balconies, and the service was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were we greeted with chauffeur service and warm smiles. They even helped us move our luggage and drove us to and from the hotel to the Mount Hua Visitor Centre and to the train station again when we left, and delivered fresh local fruit to our room at the end of the day. All of the staff were integral in making this stay feel like home.
After staying in various hotels across Canada, the United States, and China, we can say with full confidence that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend anyone visiting Mount Hua to choose this hotel.

UUtente ospiteI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated close to the hiking route of Huashan, though a bit farther from the city center. The area itself is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Mr. Xiao was especially helpful, he assisted me in purchasing hiking tickets and even offered transportation between the hotel, the train station, and the hiking area, which made everything so much easier.
The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. I felt so comfortable that I even decided to extend my stay.
The breakfast was excellent and the overall authenticity and quality of service were rare to find.
I was truly happy to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

DDaphne_SIl soggiorno qui era sorprendente, le camere erano pulite e mi offrono tutto per rendere perfetta l’esperienza, mi hanno lasciato e mi hanno portato al parco di Huashan, mi hanno offerto un bagno a piedi e un pasto caldo quando sono tornato. E anche mi ha lasciato alla stazione il giorno dopo!La stanza stessa aveva anche una bella vista sulle montagne ⛰️

Abbiamo visitato Huayin per fare un'escursione a Huashan e, a parte il taxi per raggiungere la guesthouse, il proprietario si è occupato di tutti i trasporti: ci ha accompagnato al centro visitatori per iniziare l'escursione, venendoci persino a prendere quando la biglietteria non era aperta (giorno festivo cinese) e ci ha accompagnato al centro visitatori principale, per poi accompagnarci alla stazione ferroviaria l'ultimo giorno. La proprietaria ci ha aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti per la funivia prima della nostra escursione, così non avremmo dovuto fare la fila. Abbiamo anche mangiato qui, perché il cibo è ottimo!
La guesthouse si trova in un piccolo villaggio ai piedi della montagna, a pochi passi da una piccola biglietteria per i biglietti del parco (solo la gente del posto può acquistare i biglietti per Huashan su WeChat, gli stranieri devono acquistarli di persona). Questa biglietteria è chiusa nei giorni festivi (nessun cartello o annuncio, abbiamo solo incontrato il personale del parco che ce l'ha detto), quindi dovrete recarvi al centro visitatori principale (a circa 3 minuti di auto). Dovreste scaricare WeChat per comunicare con la guesthouse: li abbiamo contattati via messaggio e ci hanno aiutato a capire cosa stesse succedendo, mandandoci un'auto a prenderci. Dopo essere scesi dalla montagna, potreste inviare loro un messaggio per farvi venire a prendere, ma noi abbiamo scelto di tornare a piedi alla guesthouse dal centro visitatori (circa 10 minuti). È davvero isolato, non c'è molto da fare nella zona a parte ammirare il panorama, ma è proprio per questo che questo posto è così incantevole!

UUtente ospiteA Truly Memorable Stay – Incredible Hospitality at the Foot of Mount Huashan
I stayed here while preparing to hike the legendary Mount Huashan from the bottom, and I can honestly say the experience was made all the more special thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owners.
From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided a detailed and helpful briefing on how to explore the mountain safely, including routes, timings, and what to expect—something that gave me great confidence going into such a challenging hike.
The real highlight, however, was their extraordinary help when I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. What could have been a disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of genuine human kindness. The owners took it upon themselves to contact the driver, coordinate the return, and made sure I got my camera back safely. They didn’t have to go to such lengths, but they did so without hesitation.
They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to practical matters—arranging food deliveries after a long day on the trail, and organizing a smooth taxi ride back to the train station when it was time to leave.
If you're planning to hike Mount Huashan and are looking for a place that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is the one. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

UUtente ospiteRoom is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).
