Stavo a Splendid Clubhouse per 2 notti, ed è stato davvero uno dei punti di forza del mio viaggio in Cina. Raccomando molto il rallentamento e il pieno godimento del sereno, scenico ambiente questa proprietà offre un’esperienza in sé. Il mio guardiano, Xiao Shen, è arrivato un giorno prima della mia arrivo per coordinare tutto, anche per organizzare un pick-up senza saldatura nella zona scenica. Per tutta la mia permanenza, Xiao Shen era attento e pensativo, assicurando che ogni dettaglio fosse curato dalle disposizioni quotidiane a raccomandare grandi opzioni di cibo. Fate un punto per cenare all'interno dell'hotel, specialmente a Jin An Si Fang Cai (divertimento privato di banca) e il cibo era eccellente. Mi sorprendeva anche un'ottima aggiornamento della stanza, e la vista dalla mia stanza era semplicemente incantevole, vista delle belle fiori di primavera. La colazione era un'altra esperienza di stand-by, incredibilmente deliziosa e curata con molteplici corsi che mi soddisfavano di potermi facilmente passare il pranzo. My stay at Hualuxe was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, clean, and so comfortable. But what truly made our experience special was Ruby at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness really stood out and made us feel right at home. Wuzhen Club House – Un rifugio perfetto per una sola notte Ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma il Wuzhen Club House ha trasformato una breve sosta in una piccola vacanza. Dal momento in cui ho varcato il cancello di legno con la mia valigia, tutto è sembrato perfetto. La camera: ho aperto la porta e mi sono ritrovato in una suite enorme, che sembrava il doppio di quella della maggior parte degli hotel, e il bagno è eccellente. Piccoli gesti di gentilezza durante il mio soggiorno, come la prenotazione di un ristorante fantastico per cena e l'aiuto per organizzare il taxi per la stazione. Se avete anche solo una notte a Wuzhen, regalatela al Wuzhen Club House. Sto già pensando a una scusa per tornarci per due notti.

This was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous! I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out. We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

Fantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo. 5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera. 6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra. 7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa. 8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi. L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz. Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti. La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate. Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle. Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.
