L'elogio dell'industria della seta merita un breve saggio 1️⃣ Alloggio e servizi Naturalmente non c'è niente da dire sulla qualità dell'alloggio e degli altri servizi. Qualcuno dell'hotel chiamerà per confermare intorno alle 7 della sera prima del check-in. Verrà quindi assegnato uno steward e tutte le domande sugli steward riceveranno una risposta tempestiva nel gruppo. Il maggiordomo aveva già aspettato al centro visitatori prima di arrivare e si è avviato al trotto per condurre il veicolo al parcheggio VIP per organizzare il parcheggio. A causa del periodo del Festival di Primavera. Se ci sono troppi turisti, non organizzeremo il check-in in barca, ma arriveremo invece con l'autobus turistico. Le condizioni di salute sono molto buone. Non so quanto sia più pulito rispetto al precedente Centro Commerciale Naked con lo stesso prezzo. Il livello di igiene nella stanza è uno dei pochi dell'hotel. In particolare, ho scoperto che gli asciugamani da bagno dell'hotel hanno i codici QR corrispondenti. Dopo la scansione, ho scoperto che si tratta di un tracciamento visivo dello stato di pulizia. Inutile dire che il servizio è buono. Ovunque tu vada nell'hotel, c'è personale di servizio che ti accoglie con un sorriso sincero. Considerando che in tutto l'hotel ci sono solo 33 camere, sembra che il numero del personale di servizio debba essere pari al numero degli ospiti per fornire un servizio così meticoloso. Ogni volta che entri o esci dall'hotel, il cameriere correrà davanti a te per aprirti la porta, caloroso ed educato. La partenza finale è prevista per l'imbarco sulla barca presso il molo privato dell'hotel. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel per mezz'ora in barca a remi e poi abbiamo fatto un ultimo giro lungo l'intero corso d'acqua di Wuzhen. La sensazione della Venezia orientale era particolarmente forte. 2️⃣Cibo Commenti speciali vengono fatti sul ristorante dell'hotel, oltre alla colazione squisita e deliziosa (non molte varietà, ma ogni pezzo è squisito). Anche il cibo servito è fantastico. Anche se durante il Festival di Primavera ci sono principalmente pasti fissi e non ci sono molte varietà à la carte, ma la qualità è sorprendente! Quanti ristoranti costosi non possono farlo? Basta guardare le parti di questa pancetta, le proporzioni di ogni pezzo sono così dorate e la tua bocca è piena di olio e sapore di latte dopo un morso. Non preoccuparti di calpestare alcun tuono, sono tutti deliziosi. Il livello di gestione del turismo di Wuzhen è civile nel settore e l'industria della seta aggiunge ancora più colore a Wuzhen In breve, vale la pena consigliare Wuzhen e l'industria della seta è ancora più consigliata.

Stayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself. From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options. Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms. Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent. Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

This was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous! I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out. We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

My stay at Hualuxe was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, clean, and so comfortable. But what truly made our experience special was Ruby at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness really stood out and made us feel right at home. Consigliatissimo per un'esperienza rilassante e VIP a Wuzhen! Abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Wuzhen Club House (Sheng Ting) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. 1. Pulizia: Ottima, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un edificio storico ristrutturato con mobili tradizionali in legno. Tutto era ben tenuto e impeccabile. 2. Servizi e Cibo: I servizi in camera sono essenziali, ma più che sufficienti per un soggiorno semplice e confortevole. La colazione inclusa è stata una piacevole sorpresa: un'ampia varietà di deliziose specialità locali. 3. Posizione: Fantastica. Si trova proprio nel cuore dell'Area Panoramica Occidentale (Xi Zha), il che la rende la base perfetta per esplorare la zona. Il vantaggio principale di soggiornare all'interno dell'area panoramica è la tranquillità assoluta delle ore notturne e delle prime ore del mattino, ideale per scattare foto senza folla. 4. Servizio: Assolutamente eccezionale, si riceve un vero trattamento VIP. L'hotel ci ha contattato prima del nostro arrivo per fornirci informazioni e creare una chat di gruppo per rimanere in contatto. Il nostro addetto alle pulizie, Xiao Chen, ci ha accolti direttamente al punto di arrivo dell'auto e ci ha accompagnati fino all'hotel. Si è occupato di tutto: ha organizzato la nostra colazione, si è assicurato che la camera fosse in ordine e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Ci ha anche fornito un'ottima panoramica della zona, ci ha consigliato i ristoranti locali, ci ha prenotato dei tavoli e ci ha persino accompagnati fino al punto di partenza al momento del check-out. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare un soggiorno qui per vivere Wuzhen in tutta tranquillità con un trattamento VIP. È particolarmente indicato per chi viaggia con bambini, in quanto permette di tornare in camera più volte al giorno per riposarsi e rilassarsi.

Fantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Posizione fantastica, all'interno dell'area panoramica della Porta Ovest. Ottima colazione, se volete provare la colazione Wuzhen Zhao Cha Ke all'interno dell'area panoramica, potete richiederla alla reception. Trasporto gratuito 24 ore su 24 all'interno dell'area panoramica. Accogliente e pulito, personale cordiale. Biglietti d'ingresso gratuiti inclusi per l'area panoramica della Porta Ovest. Basta lasciare la vostra lingua al banco di registrazione dell'ingresso panoramico della Porta Ovest e la invieranno gratuitamente al vostro hotel.

1) Molto vicino alla vecchia strada utilizzando il triciclo che è facilmente disponibile vicino all'hotel. 2) Il ricevitore dell'hotel è amichevole e utile. 3) Nella zona di lobby c'è un ristorante. 4) La stanza è pulita e spaziosa.

L'hotel stesso: 1. Non appena sono entrato nella camera d'albergo, ho scoperto che il pavimento era molto appiccicoso. 2. La disposizione della stanza è un po' strana, di conseguenza il divano e il tavolo sono stati spostati. 3. (4721) La porta antipioggia non è facile da chiudere Oltre ai motivi sopra indicati, l'hotel cambierà camera. 4. Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo. 5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera. 6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra. 7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa. 8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi. L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz. Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti. La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate. Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle. Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.
