前台服務很差。攜程有免費升房的權益，詢問過前台小妹，説已經升級。但事實並沒有，還是給安排了3樓的房間。且，房間無法使用wifi，搞了非常久才同意換到3樓另一間房。出了房間就能用，房間裏所有設備都不行。管事的自己來體驗了一下，真的沒有網可以用，才同意換房間。非常折騰，體驗巨差。 換房間的時候直接把房卡拿走，讓我們摸黑整理東西搬東西，自己沒有手電筒還什麼都看不見！ 換的房間晚上發現也很吵，樓下就是燒烤店，不知道哪裡還蹦迪，音樂一直放到凌晨，完全無法休息。 前台搞一搞可以價格更低，親眼目睹其他客人170開到了樓層更高的房間。 酒店沒有洗衣房！要去對面很老的一家酒店使用，且沒有烘乾機。 唯一值得好評的是酒店的早餐，品種很多，看得出來很用心。阿姨也很熱情。 但其他一切都是亂糟糟的感覺，非常混亂，可以説是體驗最差的維也納，沒有之一。
