UUtente ospiteIl servizio è stato eccellente. Mi hanno aggiunto su WeChat in anticipo per confermare il mio orario di arrivo. Ero troppo stanca il giorno prima per alzarmi, e loro mi hanno premurosamente portato la colazione in camera. Quella notte mio marito aveva la febbre, gli hanno portato dell'acqua e gli hanno chiesto gentilmente se avesse bisogno di un medico. Frutta di benvenuto: un intero piatto di frutta. Servizio: mi hanno lasciato un bigliettino.

UUtente ospiteVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

ZZhangzhangzailvtuing除夕入住橫店秦嵐府酒店，全程體驗直接拉滿，寵物友好+老闆超暖心，這趟春節帶父母、帶狗狗的旅行完美收官！ 酒店位置超讚，離秦王宮、清明上河圖很近，出行特別方便，而且是真正寵物友好，我們帶狗狗入住完全沒問題，看到好多客人也帶毛孩子，工作人員對寵物都很温柔友好，毛孩子也玩得開心，太加分了！ 大年初一玩了一整天，下午累回酒店休息，原本計劃晚上去廣州街，跟前台老闆閑聊時提到：下午被誤導，以為清明上河圖和秦王宮連通、出來就不能再進，差點錯過最期待的汴梁一夢和打鐵花。老闆一聽我們帶父母出行，不想留遺憾，立刻主動開車帶我們趕回清明上河圖！ 多虧老闆熱心幫忙、全力溝通，我們成功趕上最後一場汴梁一夢和絕美打鐵花，視覺震撼又圓滿，帶父母出門最怕留遺憾，這次真的被酒店老闆暖到心底！ 房間乾淨舒服，服務貼心周到，春節出行能遇到這麼有人情味的酒店和老闆太幸運！來橫店玩，強推秦嵐府，寵物家庭、家庭遊閉眼沖，絕對不踩雷！

La posizione è perfetta – solo a pochi passi da Dream Bund, che ha reso così facile da esplorare. L'hotel è senza spot e le camere sono confortevoli, rendendolo una grande scelta per le famiglie. Il personale è amichevole e attento, assicurando che tutto sia perfetto durante il nostro soggiorno. Vicino a noi ci sono molti ristoranti, che offrono una vasta gamma di opzioni di cena, quindi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare un buon posto per mangiare. Il prezzo speciale per i biglietti Dream Bund è stato un bonus aggiuntivo, che ha reso la nostra visita ancora migliore. Il mio hotel ci ha offerto un ottimo valore per il prezzo. UUtente ospiteHotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

SSasyaaMalay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us. Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

UUtente ospiteNonostante le strutture siano un po' date, il mio soggiorno all'Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) è stato molto piacevole e non esitarei a dare un buon rating. La più grande forza dell'hotel è la sua posizione invincibile, molto vicina ai punti scenici di Qin Palace e Qingming Shang He Tu, che è incredibilmente conveniente per esplorare. Mentre gli mobili sono più vecchi, l'intera proprietà è molto ben mantenuta e pulita. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale, soprattutto per il personale, che era incredibilmente amichevole e paziente, risponde a tutte le nostre domande e offre eccellenti consigli per le attrazioni. Un altro bel toccante è stato l'offerta illimitata di acqua in bottiglia fornita dall'hotel. Per le opzioni di cena, abbiamo trovato diversi negozi di noodle Halal Lanzhou entro un raggio di 1.5km a 5 km. Se si privilegia camere moderne e lussuose, questo non può essere per voi, ma se si valorizza una posizione ideale, la pulizia e un servizio estremamente amichevole, questo hotel è una scelta eccellente.

SSAMPATH1996**Grande valore per i soldi con servizio amichevole Recentemente ho soggiornato in questo hotel con i miei due amici e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza in tutto. Il proprietario, una bella signora, era incredibilmente amichevole e mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia permanenza. La posizione è super comoda, con molti ristoranti, mercati dei frutti e mini supermercati vicino, rendendo facile esplorare e prendere qualsiasi cosa si desidera. L'hotel è a circa 16 km dalle principali attrazioni, circa un'ora di guida, quindi è un po' fuori strada, ma anche questo significa che è più tranquillo. La stanza stessa non era la più pulita, ma per il prezzo, valeva la pena. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic facilities you’d expect, including free toiletries. Una delle migliori parti è che l'hotel accetta stranieri senza alcun problema, che ha reso il mio soggiorno senza stress. Se stai cercando un alloggio a buon mercato con tutti i comfort di base e un accogliente molto gentile, questo posto è una scelta solida.
