"Brief stay but we had a great time in the region. The room was large and clean, comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The only drawback was that the laundry wasn't in the room, and there was a curfew that you can't do laundry past 9pm because the laundry room was attached to another unit and caused noise"

"This hotel has a great location, it’s walking distance to both foursquare and church of good shepherd. It’s an old building however they maintain it quite well, it’s have the mix style in the hotel - old + new. The cafe has a nice view to the lake tekapo.
However the bed and pillow is quite soft, we don’t really get used to it. Room is exactly like the picture. The toilet is good space for single person, the water pressure is great, however there’s no ventilator in the toilet, so need to open a small window in the toilet for ventilator. It would be great if the hotel can consider to have microwave in the room for people that need to use."

"This hotel stay was truly exceptional, offering a wonderful combination of a peaceful, quiet location and top-notch amenities. The best part was the ability to gaze up at the stars through the large windows - the perfect way to end each evening.
The check-in process was seamless, with the owner providing the password to the key box ahead of time so we could access the unit with ease. Once inside, we were impressed by the large, spacious layout and the high-quality kitchen equipment.
The added touch of having two comfortable bean bag chairs for stargazing was such a lovely and thoughtful detail. And having two bathrooms was a huge plus, especially when traveling as a family.
Overall, the combination of the quiet, scenic location, well-appointed unit, and attentive host made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We'd absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional stargazing opportunities. It's a hidden gem!"

"這個公寓是我這次旅途最滿意的地方，可以説驚艷。首先所有設備應有盡有，跟回家一樣。然後公寓大的不得了，客廳和廚房大到可以翻跟頭，設備很新很乾凈。廚房配備了所有可能的用品。這裏的風景也是太好了，在客廳可以看到湖，兩個超大陽台，我們一家三口住，兩個卧室，兩個洗手間。出門不遠有個小農場可以擼動物，開車幾分鐘就到了鎮中心。總之一切都是完美的，就是可惜我們衹住了一晚。
設施：什麼都有，我們到了第一件事就是洗衣服乾衣服，太方便了。暖氣也超級舒服，衞生間嶄新乾淨，廚房電器設備很齊全，還有免費牛奶。

Non eravamo consapevoli che il bagno, la doccia e la cucina sono tutti condivisi. La cabina è super piccola che è difficile fare qualcos'altro all'interno. Non dormivamo così bene e non era conveniente che tu dovessi andare fuori per i bagni a metà della notte.
Il campeggio è bello, ma con la quantità di persone e campeggio, le utilità sembrano essere sovraccaricate.

Wwoan fangThis is a beautiful house on the uphill, almost at end of road. Place is super clean and well facilitated with full kitchen, washer, dryer, air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the place. The place is spacious, there is even a second living room that we did not use. Only problem is I booked for group of 7, but all amenities (dining chairs, plates, bowls) all seem to cater for party of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home. Thank you.

La stanza era ben decorata e abbiamo ricevuto una bella lettera di benvenuto che ci congratulava per la luna di miele, che ci ha resi davvero speciale.Uno dei punti di vista era il pannello di luce sopra il letto, che superava le nostre aspettative. Una volta spenta la luce, potevamo vedere una vista stupenda delle stelle, aggiungendo un toccante magico al nostro soggiorno.

UUtente anonimoQuando si prenota, è anche più preoccupato che la valutazione dei sentimenti sia generalmente, è davvero un buon senso stare in piedi, cioè dire la piccola casa di legno al lato della strada. Il suono non è buono. Posso sentire il suono della camera adiacente, ma la notte tutti dormono bene; la posizione non è sulla strada principale, è piuttosto tranquillo.
Oltre al tavolo da divano della sala soggiorno, il bagno è ancora un po'scura nel suo complesso, e ci sono anche alcuni utensili da cucina a microonde, ma non c'è nessuna guancia.Non lontano dal centro della città, guidare per qualche minuto, in generale è ancora raccomandato

The wifi password was handwritten badly and it was a guessing game to get the password. Also uncontactable via email.
No barricade around the house and there’s other houses right next door. People could walk by your room / house windows and peer in. Which was what happened to me twice. Zero privacy unless curtains are fully drawn.

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment.
I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

JJACKIE GWe stayed at Hunter Hunter for 2 nights. It is conveniently located - close to Tekapo Village and also close to some walking trails . The unit was clean and had good amenities . The only downside was that if is not terribly sound proof and easy to hear the people in the next unit . Overall we had a good stay and would recommend .

UUtente ospiteLa notte scorsa nell'isola meridionale, questa casa ci ha dato una grande sorpresa.Abbiamo un bel tempo in questa bella e pulita casa con un bellissimo custode di casa amico Johnathan.
La casa si trova vicino al lago, a cinque minuti dalla Chiesa.
John ci ha dato un grande aiuto per la cena in casa.
Si può vedere la Via Lattea nel cortile, ed è molto conveniente guardare le stelle di notte nel giardino della casa.
La casa ci ha dato un sogno dolce con un letto morbido.
Molto raccomandato!
