"“Un soggiorno meraviglioso con un caldo benvenuto!” Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con un benvenuto molto caldo e amichevole, facendoci sentire a casa, la stanza era pulita, ben mantenuta, e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. L'attenzione al dettaglio e al servizio eccellente è stata davvero espressa. Molto consiglia a chiunque cerca un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante!"

"Went with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”."

"Il servizio di questo vecchio hotel è davvero straordinario. Il personale spingerà i tuoi bagagli per te. Al momento del check-in, il personale spingerà già i tuoi bagagli nella tua camera. Il Monte Fuji è stato fotografato dal ponte di osservazione dell'hotel. Era una giornata soleggiata ”Negli ultimi giorni ho potuto vedere abbastanza del Monte Fuji. Ho prenotato una sorgente termale privata. La sorgente termale con vista sul lago è più costosa di quella con vista sul Monte Fuji. La colazione e la cena in hotel sono a buffet e sono davvero deliziose . Devo fare diversi giri per cena. La bistecca è deliziosa. Ho aggiunto questo ristorante ai preferiti. Sfortunatamente, questa volta l'ho prenotato solo per una notte."

"Porta mia madre fuori a giocare, scelse il lago della montagna e il lago. Le persone guardavano le foglie rosse in silenzio.Due notti, dormivano fino a risvegliarsi naturalmente, l'ambiente era molto buono, e camminare fuori poteva vedere le foglie rosse. Il trasporto è molto conveniente, ha affittato la bici del capo, ha cavalcato il lago di Zhongzhen nel primo giorno, ha guidato il bus al lago di Hekou nel giorno successivo, ha continuato a cavalcare, ha continuato a cavalcare il terzo giorno.😃 È conveniente andare al casinò e vedere la mappa sotto.Ho mangiato il salmone raccomandato dal capo la sera, e il salmone di carne della casa del capo.Il capo è molto entusiasta.Torna qui con il bambino e continua a giocare.😃😃"

"Cleanliness 10/10 The wet and dry area of the bathroom are separate. Everyday they will clean the room unless you decline the cleaning service. Location 10/10 The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞 I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side. Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅 Service 10/10 The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing. Amenities 10/10 Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂 Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends."

"The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service."

"Staying at a ryokan facing Mount Fuji was like stepping into a different rhythm of life — one where everything slows down, and every detail feels intentional. From the warm welcome to the soft tatami floors and the sound of the wind rustling through the trees outside the shoji screens, it was peace in its purest form. Watching the sunrise over Fuji-san in the quiet morning light, soaking in the onsen with a view I’ll never forget, and sharing traditional meals that felt like art — these are the moments that stay with you. Grateful for the stillness, the hospitality, and the kind of memories that settle deep in your soul."

"The location is close to Kawaguchiko station. About 15-20min walk in a quiet neighborhood. Though the hotel is quite old, I appreciate the fact that it's giving opportunities for the elders to work in a hospitality industry. Plus, you can wake up really early, go to the street and have a perfect photo with Mt. Fuji."

"Walking distance (around 400m?) has 24hrs convenient store. The room is very spacious. Sadly I didn't manage to see Mt.Fuji from the room the day I went, but they do provide a Mountain View Room. No issue with all the services. No issue for those who cant speak Japanese, they can communicate in both English and Mandarin here. For the bicycle rental price, it is 1000yen for 2hrs. But do note that they didn't provide a private bathroom, it is a public bathroom (Not a concern for me, but for those who prefer a better privacy do note about this) A lot of plugs in the room. Didn't face any issue with this stay. Can earn my 5-stars rating."
