This bright, peaceful desert/river home was fully restored giving a modern vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master suite and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and central heat and air. Designed with tranquility in mind to make your stay feel like you are right at home. We’re a 1 minute drive to the river and community launching ramp. 3-5 minutes from all the restaurants and gas station. Approximately 8 minutes from Blue Water Casino. Approximately 10 minutes to the city of Parker, AZ. Jeep Run to Parker Loved this place! Absolutely perfect for our needs. After running around the desert in our Jeeps, we enjoyed a nice dinner, evening and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable for four couples.

We will come back! Felicia is a great host! She communicates well and in a timely manner. The house is nice, spacious and clean. The open floor plan was great for my toddler nephew to run/walk around and play. The pool table is a fun way to end the night. Nice sized TVs in all rooms with Netflix was a huge plus! The individual air conditioners in room are a little loud, but when it’s 100+ you definitely need them. It’s also nice to have the individuals so each room can sleep at their comfort level. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for our family trip to Parker!

Best Place to Stay in Parker I have stayed at many VRBO but this one was the best in every category. I would highly recommend.
