Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. **Blazing fast Starlink internet makes this an ideal location. Situated on over an acre of land in peaceful and tranquil Fairplay. Only a 26 mile drive to the Breckenridge gondola but a world away to the hustle and bustle of town. Brand new build with 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
It's a quick 8 mile drive to the town of Fairplay where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and a great grocery store.
New hot tub installed outside and ready for ski season!
***PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER: A 4wd vehicle is needed to access the property in the winter. The house sits at 11,200 feet and the final 15 minutes of the drive is on a county maintained dirt road. The road is plowed however winter conditions do exist and as such a 4wd is needed.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).Failure to disclose pets will terminate rental.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet Times: 10pm - 8am. This is a remote area. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
