Hotel Park City, Autograph Collection

We stayed in the Executive Suite which was magnificent. Everything exceeded our expectations from the room to the staff. It was also convenient to have one of the finest restaurants, Ruth Chris on site. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had breakfast at the Bandana Grill in the Hotel Park City. Outstanding! Cannot say enough great things! There are many good places to eat in Park City, but Bandanas was the best breakfast we had. Bele'n was our server and gave great advice, accurate information and prompt service. The breakfasts were huge, delicious, and prepared just as requested. We will definetly return!

The property and staff were amazing. We especially appreciated the shuttle service and staff (Pepito especially) that were always available. Nicolle at the front desk was exceptional and made us feel so welcomed! She went above and beyond for our every need. We will definitely be back!

“Underwhelmed” pretty well describes how my wife and I felt after staying at this property. After paying more than $500 a night for a room, we felt like we could’ve just as easily been staying at a Motel 6 given the service and lack of amenities. When we arrived, no one offered to help us with our bags. We thought that was odd but soon discovered that while the accommodations were fairly clean and comfortable, the service was lackluster. Part of the problem is that we were staying in a cottage that was far from the main entrance. Since there is no parking near the cottage, we were facing the prospect of schlepping our bags down a lengthy road. When we eventually asked the receptionist if someone could help us with our bags, she did make arrangements for somebody to escort us in golf cart with our luggage. It appeared to me that part of the problem is that they had too few people on hand to be able to attend to all the guests. We attempted several times to make an appointment at the spa via phone, email and chat bot to no avail. We never even got an automated response. The property is a bit remote and not centrally located to most of the shops and restaurants in PC. The room was dark/lacked natural light and could use some updating. We did find some nearby hiking trails, but they were crowded and we found ourselves dodging people on e-bikes for a portion of the hike. Finally, the golf carts and traffic around the property were pretty bad on Saturday, making navigation a bit complicated.

The ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful. They both were great. In particular, Nicolle was amazing! She was very happy to meet us for the first time. She even got us a shuttle to our cottage. We would definitively be back for such a wonderful service.

I stayed at the Hotel Park City for 9 days for a Leadership retreat. The hotel workers and staff at Ruth Chris were fantastic host. They were friendly, paid attention to detail and made my stay enjoyable. I also had unique request like scanning documents and assisting with driving logistics and Nicolle, guest services at front lobby, was very helpful. Nicolle offered suggestions that made it easier on me and went out of her way to support me. No matter how challenging or annoying the request might be she did it with a smile. Thanks to the staff at Hotel Park City and especially Nicolle for a great stay!

Nicolle from the front desk took such great care of us! We had a great family weekend stay for Labor Day! Thanks so much! Our suite was very nice! The relaxing time at the pool was great. We also enjoyed the proximity to old town Park City - less that a 10 min drive!

We are so happy with the property and the amenities and the staff that we hope to return soon. Probably not soon enough, though. The convenience of the multiple restaurants and proximity to all activities make this an easy choice impossible to not be amazed by the rooms and the views.

As usual, danielle behind the scenes Always works her magic to meet our crazy last minute requests . You continue to keep the bar high and make HPC the best there is in Park City.
