Construction finished in 2018, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our condo is 1,250 square feet and includes two bedrooms both with ensuite full baths. The appointments in the bedroom suites: Master bedroom -- King size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades Second Bedroom -- One king-size with pillow-top mattresses. As well, 2 twin bunk beds. SUSTAINABILTY INITIATIVES We care deeply about the environment. We want to do our part to lessen our environmental impact and make it easy for our guests to do so as well. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include: Electricity from renewable sources * Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program. Reduced plastic usage * All shampoo, conditioner, etc. is great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles. * To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators or a filtered water pitcher is provided. Shared transportation * Our Empire Pass properties (One Empire Pass and Argent) have a free, shared, on-demand shuttle. * All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus. Trash & Recycling * All trash and recycling containers in the kitchen are clearly labeled with what can be recycled. * >> Please note<< Due to unpredictable weather conditions, ski-in/ski-out access cannot always be guaranteed during the early or late parts of the season. However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Also, please be aware that Après-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks. Great Location - 5 Star Experience Owners have modeled their service on 5 star excellence. Nice touch with added sun lotion and lip balm. Every need has been thought out with attention to detail. Will definitely stay here again!

Top of the line, ski in ski out Everything in the condo from the furniture to the dishware was top of the line. Ultra conveniece at its best from the The parking garage and the hot tub was just steps outside the door. But one of our favorite parts was the ski locker and service. Having our skis stored and ready to go by the staff and extra stuff we needed just steps off the slope was perfect. We will definatly be back next year.

Annual ski trip to Deer Valley This property was fantastic! The location was wonderful, and the proximity to the lift could not have been better. The unit was FULLY stocked with all necessities and more.

Excellent stay We greatly enjoyed our time here. The ski lift is right outside the door, amenities of the building were wonderful, and Steve/July were incredibly accommodating.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!! We can’t recommend this place enough! Beautiful views, very comfortable furnishings, and the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in! We couldn’t have enjoyed or been more comfortable on our trip than we were here!
