From the moment I arrived at Soft Touch Ayurveda Resort, I knew I had found something truly special. I left each session feeling lighter, more balanced, and rejuvenated. I recently spent two rejuvenating days at Softtouch Ayurvedic Center in Chalakudy, Kerala, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better wellness retreat. From the start, I was warmly welcomed by Pretti Ma’am and Mr. Karan, who were more than just hosts—they were like old friends. Their hospitality and care set the tone for a deeply personal and comforting experience. The Ayurvedic treatments were handled by highly skilled professionals. The doctor and masseuse took the time to understand my needs and offered therapies that helped me release built-up stress and physical tension. After just two days, I felt lighter, healthier, and truly recharged. The center itself is a peaceful oasis. I loved walking through their lush farm filled with fruit-bearing trees, where birdsong and nature offered the perfect backdrop for reflection. Meeting people from different walks of life during my stay was another unexpected joy—each conversation enriching in its own way. I also attended a yoga session and an Ayurvedic nutrition class, both of which added immense value to my short but fulfilling stay. For those who enjoy movement and exploration, biking and kayaking are also available on-site. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape to focus on your well-being—with the perfect blend of nature, Ayurveda, yoga, and genuine human connection—I can’t recommend Softtouch Ayurvedic Center enough.

What I liked most about my stay was the home like atmosphere. This is a small family run business and they go out of their way to make you feel like you’re part of the family. All the staff was courteous, and very willing to meet your needs. Doctors were informative and your treatment was customized for you. All in all, a rejuvenating experience.

Often, when we review a place, we try to summarize it into one word. Well, I’ve been trying to think of a word—the perfect word, rather—to describe this little Ayurvedic oasis that goes by the name of Softouch. I searched the internet for hours, looking at all different places in Kerala, trying to find the right Ayurvedic center for my stay. When I stumbled across Softouch, I knew it was exactly where I needed to be. All I can say now is that I couldn’t be more grateful that I had the privilege of staying and experiencing such love and care from each and every one of the incredible individuals who work here and make this place the sanctuary that it is. I’ve never in my life been so warmly welcomed, and I instantly felt I had become a part of a family. The doctor’s appointments, Ayurvedic treatments, the incredible variety of food, the cozy and beautiful accommodation, the location, and the undivided attention and warmth that you receive are inestimable. I discussed with some of the other guests during my stay how amazing it is that, as guests, we never felt lost in a crowd or that we were just another customer. But rather seen, understood, and appreciated. It’s a truly unique and rare thing to experience. I seriously cannot fault this place, and it’s all a credit and reflection of the beautiful and hardworking family who operates it. I never found the perfect word to describe this haven because there’s no single word in the dictionary that could possibly capture the beauty, professionalism, and overall magic of this place. Besides, it would be almost rude to try to condense it all down to a single word. I’m forever grateful for the time I spent at Softouch. Thank you all for giving me an experience I will always treasure; I truly adored each moment.

My 10 days stay at the Softouch Ayurveda Village is one i wont forget easily. I realy enjoyed everything, the good food, the professional treatments, the personal attention, the pleasant service and the peaceful nature environment, it all helped to bring balance back in my system and make me feel totally rejuvenated! Many thanks to the Karadan family, the medical team, massage therapists, yoga teacher, kitchen and household staff. You all did a wonderfull job in healing, relaxing and nurturing me, i truly wish i could stay longer. Thank you all for this wonderful expierence!

Our 3N4D stay a SoftTouch resort was a memorable one. The host family were very courteous and friendly. It felt like home away from home. The resort has the family vibe, as you get home made authentic Kerala based food(both veg and Non veg) , which is healthy and tasty at the same time. Every morning we started with YOGA at 7.15 am followed by healthy breakfast. The Ayurvedic massages(twice a day) were excellent and the villas are also situated in 20 acre farm with the Chalakuddy river at the back side. One can entertain oneself with Pool or carrom games or sit n relax and watch favourite Netflix movie in the mini theatre. If keen on cooking, the owners can conduct cooking classes of local keralite cuisine for you too. The entire staff is very polite and friendly. One also get doctors consultation before start of the ayurvedic treatment.The resort has a unique family vibe as compared to other resorts and spas. Normally one should stay for min 7N/8D to get the real benefit of the ayurvedic treatment . but the ideal one would be 14N/15D Panchkarma holistic treatment. But as tourist one could also do 3-4 days treatment to have hands on experience, like we did. We would definitely go next time for a one week program.
