The room was so comfortable, such a great space to return to after a busy day in museums. The shower worked well and was a great way to wake up. The bath tub deep enough to soak. The room worked well for my daughter and myself. We enjoyed the ”American Breakfast” every morning. The serving staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast carried us through the day, which helped us enjoy our museum visits to the fullest. The concierge team was excellent. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, walking directions, and supplied endless taxis. The only thing that I would change is the drawer space. My daughter and I could have used several more drawers as we wanted to unpack completely. A small chest would have been much more welcomed at the end of our bed, rather than the table under the television. This was my first time staying on the Left Bank. I don't know when I will return to Paris next, but Le Narcisse Blanc will definitely be my choice. (Previously I have stayed at the Park Hyatt, Sofitel Le Faubourg, and Le Meurice.) I loved the understated elegance, the kindness of the staff, and the perfect location.

La settimana scorsa ho prenotato l'hotel e il spa Le Damantin per la nostra visita a Parigi. Ci siamo saluti alla porta e siamo stati seduti nel salone con il concierge che ha superato i dettagli dell'hotel. Spa piscina bar, ecc. Poi abbiamo portato il nostro bagaglio nella nostra stanza, che era pronto per noi quando siamo arrivati, e abbiamo servito un drink mentre aspettavamo e poi siamo andati nella nostra stanza. E' esattamente quello che ci aspettavamo, spazioso e pulito, con una vista chiara sulla torre di ifel dalla finestra. Tutto ciò che mi serviva, dai taxi alle prenotazioni per i ristoranti, il personale copriva tutto e era così gentile. La zona del bar è grande per le bevande e i barbar sono estremamente utili con tutto quello che avete bisogno portare nella vostra stanza. Non sono il migliore con il francese, ma hanno fatto delle prenotazioni per noi in grandi ristoranti anche quando non era disponibile prenotare una tavola online. Forse è a due isolati da grandi negozi, e la maggior parte delle negozi consegnano all'hotel, quindi non devi portare le tue valigie intorno. Non so perché ci siano recensioni negative, e forse hanno corretto gli errori, ma abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e lo abbiamo già raccomandato ad un amico che visita Parigi presto, e sicuramente ripreseranno l'estate quando torneremo!

Questo hotel si trova in una zona centrale incredibile con molte cose da mangiare e visibilità. La stanza è confortevole e pulita, non c’era un tovagliolo o un kit di rasoio, ma c’era un kit di saldatura, che mi sembrava strano. Oltre a questo, la stanza era perfetta. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, consiglio questo hotel se si cerca un bel soggiorno nel cuore di Parigi.

Questo livello di servizio è incongruo nella mia esperienza e ha fatto molto per alleviare qualsiasi stress possibile legato al coordinamento dei viaggi internazionali. Sanjay era responsabile, gentile, conosciuto e solo una persona meravigliosa. C'era un piccolo bell'uomo che era il servizio sulla terrazza, ma... questo è stato completamente dimenticato dopo il fantastico servizio che abbiamo ricevuto Jean-Baptiste e la sua squadra. Il mio partner è stato inseguito in ospedale il giorno finale del nostro viaggio e il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto è stato assolutamente incredibile. Hanno superato e superato a tutti i livelli. Ho soggiornato nei migliori hotel del mondo e non ho avuto il servizio a questo livello. Ho anche ricevuto un pasto da portare al mio partner in ospedale. Il nostro 6 anni ha perso il suo orso di tesoro che si è finito in lavanderia e il responsabile della casa ha cercato alto e basso e l'ha trovato. Hanno fatto un giorno estremamente difficile molto meglio. Si raccomanda molto.

La camera da bagno aveva un tubo/duche e un piccolo ”vestimento” anche lì. E' una caldaia e un caffè con forniture, nonché un paio di bottiglie d'acqua. E' stata pulita ogni giorno. Non abbiamo fatto colazione qui, quindi non possiamo commentare. È più ”vecchio senso del mondo” che mi piace in Europa. Se ti piace il moderno, questo non è il posto per te. Ci è una piccola zona di accoglienza con un piccolo bar e un piccolo giardino. La posizione è stata eccellente, Con molti ristoranti e stazione di metropolitana vicino. In generale, ero molto felice con il nostro soggiorno.

L'hotel era facile da trovare e abbiamo avuto un facile check-in. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. L'ascensore è molto piccolo, ha solo 3 persone e meno con bagagli. Ha un vestiario, un guardaroba, un scrivania, due tavoli a letto e una TV (che non abbiamo usato). Non molto spazio extra nella stanza, ma sufficiente. La camera da bagno aveva un tubo/duche e un piccolo ”vestimento” anche lì. E' una caldaia e un caffè con forniture, nonché un paio di bottiglie d'acqua. E' stata pulita ogni giorno. Non abbiamo fatto colazione qui, quindi non possiamo commentare. È più ”vecchio senso del mondo” che mi piace in Europa. Se ti piace il moderno, questo non è il posto per te. Ci è una piccola zona di accoglienza con un piccolo bar e un piccolo giardino. La posizione è stata eccellente, Con molti ristoranti e stazione di metropolitana vicino. In generale, ero molto felice con il nostro soggiorno.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. They went above and beyond to help us have the best time in Paris. They helped arrange transportation to the airport, find good places to eat, and even rent a car. My oldest daughter is fluent in french, but the rest of us barely speak any french, and everyone at the desk spoke very good english. The location is great, right on Rue Cler where some of the best bakeries, cafe's and flower shops are. The metro is very close as well. What really made this place great was the staff. They are so kind and helpful. The only difficulty was the mattresses. They are rock hard, but other than that, the rooms are great as well. The breakfast that was included was ok for a few days, but we chose to eat at the cafe down the street more often than not, just for the atmosphere.

My stay at Hotel de France Invalides was a very nice one. The room does run small, but it was clean and well kept ~ it served its purpose and I chose the hotel for the convenient location. The 24-hour front desk staff I interacted with were warm, welcoming and wonderful, multi-lingual (English included) and always professional and quick to help ~ all of which is important to me. The staff provided me with helpful suggestions and helped me book a taxi for a ride to the airport. Other details: The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast is an extra charge, but in the lobby's lounge area they do serve a complimentary platter of late afternoon snacks which includes cookies, mini plain and chocolate croissants, and candies. The rooms do not contain a mini refrigerator or a safe, though the hotel did offer to hold valuables at the front desk if needed. Do bring your own wash cloth / scrunchy, because it is not something that I noticed that hotels in France provide outside of a bath mat, body towel and hand towel. The hotel is eco-friendly in that it provides each room with a refillable glass water bottle which you can refill using their filtered water station next to the TV lounge on the ground floor ~ I really appreciated this because I drink a lot of water and brought my own water bottle too and I like to avoid plastic water bottles as much as possible. The location was awesome ~ 18 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, within close walking distance of a few metro stations, not to mention convenience stores, shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay, and Hotel de France Invalides was a big part of that ... I would stay with them again when I return to Paris. Thank you Hotel de France Invalides for making my stay in Paris a wonderful one!
