Hotel in zona Pierre de Gaulle Square, Parigi

Hotel carino e grazioso, piccolo ma confortevole e soprattutto pulito. Vicinissimo alla metro e a meno di mezz'ora dalla torre eiffel a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una tripla e non era male al massimo un pò piccola. Il personale è stato veramente gentile. Se mai dovessi tornare a Parigi tornei li.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel Eiffel Segur durante il mio viaggio a Parigi e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi da i trasporti pubblici. La camera in cui ho alloggiato era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Il letto era comodo e ho dormito benissimo durante tutta la mia permanenza. Inoltre, la camera era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, come il Wi-Fi gratuito, la TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con una vasca ampia e pulita.

I stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable during my stay. The price is very good value - the 24 hour concierge was always very friendly and helpful. They let me store my luggage for a few hours before check in. There is an elevator which was good and the restaurant next to it on the corner is really good and open til very late. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this area as it was mostly families, or workers - always people around having meals in the restaurants.

Struttura buona, situata accanto alla fermata della metro. Camere pulite, ambienti comuni accoglienti, solo qualche ”distrazione” da parte di chi rifà le camere ( asciugamani tolti e non rimpiazzati ). L'unica nota negativa è certamente la ”freddezza” da parte del personale addetto alla reception che non salutano non ti degnano di uno sguardo facendoti sentire quasi a disagio per essere in struttura, facendo così uno sgarbo alla tradizionale professionalità dei francesi nell'accoglienza.

Per fortuna ho trovato un hotel economico in cui soggiornare per pochi con una bella posizione vicino alla Torre Eiffel, alla metropolitana e una moglie gratuita al servizio.

Hotel ubicato in un tranquillo quartiere, ben servito dalla metro Pernety; caratterizzato dalla presenza di scuole, supermercati, bistrot, boulangerie, ecc. risulta abbastanza sicuro e ben collegato alla stazione Montparnasse, ricca di attività commerciali e ristoranti, tra cui il famoso Boullion Chartier. Camera piccola, ma completa. Colazione accettabile, prodotti dolci come croissant, marmellate, frutta secca ecc.

I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

Dopo quattro notti, la prima posizione del traffico è conveniente sul bordo dell'anello. Sono vicini al palazzo di Nero e così via. La colazione è particolarmente buona. La varietà è ricca, deliziosa, il caffè è molto vario. La stanza è leggermente piccola, ma a Parigi, le strutture bagnali sono molto comode
