Un piccolo hotel con una sola persona che lavora alla reception sembra diverso ogni sera. Tra loro c'era un vecchio alto e magro, incontrato 2 notti, era particolarmente cattivo, particolarmente scortese. Non lasciarmi lasciare l'hotel dopo le 12, come se avessi bisogno della sua approvazione prima di poter uscire, super eccessivo. Mi ha chiuso in un albergo e ha dovuto ascoltare tutto quello che aveva da dire prima di lasciarmi uscire. Zhong mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe lasciato tornare domani notte. Sono così pazzo che non pagherò nemmeno per questo. Davvero non capisco perché dovrei ascoltare le sue sciocchezze. Non vivrò più.

It was quite a nice hotel, with convenient location. Staffs are kind. Clean room. Not a big hotel, but good for value.

I had booked a room the 17th for the 18th of July and when I called them to confirm the reservation everything was okay. I had a room the 18th. When I called again to confirm the next day they said I had booked it for the 17th. They also said I didn't know how to speak properly english and when I told them I had the email which confirmed that I've booked a room for the 18th they hanged up on me and blocked my numer. I wasn't able to get my 180€ back and I had to stay out late in order to find another hotel which was very hard since I also had a 3years old child with me. Their behavior was unacceptable and almost disgusting.
