Personale molto accogliente, camera ok ma non c'è il frigorifero, il che mi ha imbarazzato un po' perché sono una giovane madre che ha dovuto spremere il mio latte e tenerlo fresco per il mio bambino durante questo soggiorno di corso. Tuttavia, il personale ha accettato felicemente di metterlo nel frigorifero. Altrimenti posizione perfetta per andare a vedere un concerto all'Accor Arena!

Era buono e nelle vicinanze c'erano dei cibi

The local is not bad, have restaurants and things around. The bathroom is small especially the shower, I can’t imagine how a bigger person can take a shower there. By the way, receptionists are helpful and good service.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s not too far from the olympiades metro station and close to the Asian district. There are many good restaurants with reasonable prices. There are also many Asian stores. The room is not too small for Paris, but it has some smell as the hotel might be a little old. Some of the staffs are friendly and they can speak English.

Ci siamo stati per tre notti e ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile ma non si parla italiano, si risolve eventualmente con il traduttore. Per Parigi trovare un hotel con queste tariffe non è facile. Comodo alla metro che vi porta comodamente in prossimità di tutte le attrazioni Parigine. Stanza nella norma a Parigi come ampiezza. Comunque non mancava nulla di essenziale. Armadio, posa valigia, scrittoio, scaldavivande, Tv molto grande (nessun canale italiano abbiamo chiesto se era possibile inserirne almeno uno risposta negativa perchè hanno un contratto solo con tv francesi), un buon letto ampio, bella doccia. Stanza pulita e silenziosa. Riassettata ogni giorno. Colazione buona con un ottimo spremi arance e ottime baguette. Per me tenetelo in buona considerazione.

La struttura appare dall’esterno ben tenuta, il personale alla concierge tutto educatissimo e disponibile, purtroppo non parlano affatto italiano. l’ultima sera abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole inconveniente, infatti al nostro ritorno in camera il controsoffitto era crollato sul letto, ma alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanza ci hanno accontentati ovviamente. camere nella norma parigina quindi piccole e non tenute benissimo, condizionatore rumoroso. La posizione della struttura è abbastanza comoda, e più o meno vicino a tutto. La notte è una zona buia ma tranquilla… Parcheggio introvabile…

Stai lontano da questo hotel, cancellano le prenotazioni per rivenderle a un prezzo più alto, lasciandoti bloccato all'arrivo. Avevamo programmato una fantastica vacanza a Parigi e prenotato una camera con un hotel Green con mesi di anticipo e persino chiamato per confermare il nostro orario di arrivo e fare il check-in online per assicurarci che tutto andasse per il meglio. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel aveva cancellato la nostra prenotazione un'ora prima del nostro arrivo e ha venduto la camera a qualcun altro con un mark up. Lasciandoci bloccati a Parigi e rifiutando di fare qualsiasi cosa per aiutare. Lasciandoci pagare 1000 euro in più per non essere in strada. Fai attenzione a questa struttura e alle loro truffe.

Small hotel, comfortable and convenient. It's easy to get there from Gare de Lyon by underground or bus to the end Olympiades exit and a short 5 minute walk to the hotel from this exit. Stayed to attend an event at le Parc des Expositions, for which it was perfectly located at a 20 min walk away.

The Green Hotel 13 is in 13eme arrondissement de Paris. It's easy to get there from Gare de Lyon by M14 underground 🚇 bus to the end Olympiades exit. Literally a 5- 6 minutes walk to the hotel from this exit. This line connects you to so many other lines to get to all the sites that you want to see. For instance M14 to M12 takes you to Jardin du Luxembourg. The staff is polite, helpful and beautifully diverse...which I really appreciated. I felt safe because they're there all night at the front desk. I requested a room with the bathtub. Not sure if it's always available but it doesn't hurt to ask. There is a sauna in the hotel as well which was very nice. The rooms are clean. They start cleaning early...so get out and go see Paris!!! They offer breakfast which smelled nice, but I preferred going out and moving in the morning. There's also a bakery across the street, which is very nice. The 13th is huge and also known as the Asian food District. Great and very inexpensive food... if you want to try something different! I've been craving Asian food 🥢coming from San Francisco but now living in the French countryside. There's also a Lidl grocery store around the corner and the cutest little French bistrot called Le Limousin. The hôtel is very affordable and in a great location. Make a reservation in advance and enjoy your stay.

I had booked this hotel shortly after getting Paris Olympic tickets for 2024. At the time rooms were advertised at the normal £100 a night. When a friend was going to join I looked up the place again for avaliability to see rooms were now £1000 a night.... I had my suspicions that they may cancel based on a couple of previous reviews but most reviews were good so I passed it off. Today I got an email saying they confirm my cancellation request and the booking is cancelled. Thing is I never asked to cancel it! I had even pre-entered my check in info to ensure they wouldn't. They have cancelled themselves and have the cheek to imply I wanted to..... They clearly want to get the higher rate they think they can get but at least be honest and don't pretend someone wanted to cancel when you just want to make a buck. Based on that I wouldn't recommend this hotel as no guarantee they honour your booking

Inadmissible ! Catastrophique ! Chambres pas prêtes lors de notre arrivée à 17h. Des hôtesses à bout de force pour nous trouver une solution. Aucune solutions trouvée…. Aucun effort pour nous trouver une chambre. Un manager qui refuse d échanger. Nous avons attendu une heure avec d autres clients dans la même situation que nous et ça n a cessé de se repérer avec l arrivée de nouveau clients…

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, il est dans un quartier calme avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité, et très proche des moyens de transport. La chambre est petite mais ça ne m'a pas dérangé étant donné que j'étais seule. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Je n'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner car je l'ai trouvé un peu cher. Je voyageais avec un petit budget donc j'ai trouvé le prix du séjour un peu cher mais vu son emplacement je dirais le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Je le recommande

Les gens de l’accueil est formidable, très sympathique et serviable. Pour ce qui est de la chambre il y a pas mal de choses à revoir surtout vu le prix demandé.
