Sonder le Frochot

Gross. Please don't stay here if you want to have a nice trip to Paris. I'm begging you. Had to complain and get my money back. The front staff guy hit on me the room smelled like **** and the bathroom is unusable couldnt even take a shower and the furniture is old and outdated.

Sonder has done a beautiful & good marketing for their chain of hotels around the world, but they have unfortunately only worked on the images, not that much of the hotels themselves. Or maybe just the Paris one is lacking. A line of things that were considering: - Not what it looks on beautiful pictures- our hotel room was exactly the same one that showed on images, but the photographs look so much better than it actually does. - Our bathroom door fell off in the middle of the night, making our hearts pop off our chests from the scare - Our bathroom light kept blinking and we constantly thought that we are on a disco bar. - AC is just not working. It's either too hot (and I mean sauna hot) or too cold (i mean as cold as a room can be in end of November without heating) - The room stinks like old pipes. And when the AC is on it smells like warm smelly pipes. The AC screen says its time to clean the filter so maybe it's that, but regardless- the room is stinkydi stink. Clean- but stinky. Had to go and buy scented candles to ease it. Will I stay again? No. Kinda want my money back actually.

Stay was an absolute joy! The staff's warmth and professionalism made it an exceptional experience. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to Paris's vibrant attractions. The vintage design added a charming and nostalgic touch, making the stay feel cozy and inviting. Overall, it was a memorable and fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

It was such a cramped room and the check in system is unnecessarily complicated

Property was a great stay for the few days I was in Paris, very close to convenience stores as well as public transportation. Very well situated.

Horrible experience. Carpet durty, room cards never worked - always had to go down to reset, room dirty, no change of towels, room cleaning is extra (??), bed very poor. Dont go there. It says 3 stars…..more a 1 star

Perfect location, the hotel is so nice and the crew is caring and nice! We love it and definitely coming back!

Great location close to Pigalle Metro, great clean room, friendly staff. I was not disappointed. I walked to Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur. Frenchie Pigalle restaurant is a block away and amazing. You can walk to the Moulin Rouge, if that’s your thing - kind of Vegas feeling to me. I’ve never stayed in this part of Paris, and I will most definitely stay here again. It was nice not to be ripped off staying closer to the Louvre in a bad hotel (as I’ve done before). I also stayed in a Sonder hotel in London, as well and I am impressed.
