Sono appena tornato da un viaggio all'hotel Pax Rue Simart. L'hotel era economico, solo 71 sterline per un soggiorno di due notti. La stanza era al sesto piano senza ascensore. Era molto caldo, il letto era adeguato e pulito. Il bagno era un po' sporco e ha bisogno di essere sistemato. La stanza era piccola. Per il prezzo l'hotel era buono. L'addetto alla reception è stato molto utile. Questa è una breve passeggiata per la linea 4 della metropolitana di Chateau Rouge. Nessun bollitore in camera ed è necessario consegnare la chiave magnetica se si lascia l'hotel. Una dolce passeggiata dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. Il traffico è pessimo e bisogna stare attenti.

Busy good location near the metro but would not return as my room was infested with cockroach’s. Although I was moved to a different room it blighted my stay. I did not expect this for the price I paid.

The hotel room was really small but clean but the bathroom looked like it was falling apart and extremely cramped if you are very tall you'd have a hard time closing the bathroom door whilst using it. There is free WiFi but the room TV did not work was very noisy and hard to get any sleep people kept running up and down the stairs and along the corridor late hours and early morning usually between 12:am and 3am no common courtesy shown for other hotel users and talking very loudly at the same time. What makes it a shame is that the staff are really nice and friendly,but I would not stay here again. Taking into account also that it is a old building but something simple like carpet on the wooden stairs would help negate noise.
