It’s amazing place I stay for almost 2 weeks, the location is amazing and stuff are useful I will definitely going back there when I go to Paris :)

I stayed here for business trip. Very convenient to go places within& outskirts of Paris, grocery & supermarkets, local wine shop, restaurants that open until late — all nearby. Easy to get subway or taxi. Room & bathroom clean and room size just enough for one person’s stay. Breakfast was moderate(same as any other hotel). I wish I could stay above than 2nd floor next time, I stayed on the ground floor room because I booked very last minute, I woke up due to the sounds of people eating breakfast and the irresistible smell of croissant! I wish they gave free water bottle because I got a bit thirsty during the night. Overall cost-effective, good location for my purpose, pleasant stay.

The room is small but what a nice four poster bed! It is an old building, so at night I could hear water running and the pipes making noises. Otherwise, it is just a nice hotel! and they have very comfortable pillows!

Fantastic location. Kind people at the front desk. Small rooms but it was enough for us. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Alessandra.

Great location as it is 700m from Arc de Tromphine. Breakfast included with nice living environment.

酒店地理位置很好 離凱旋門很近，酒店旁邊也有很多家中餐，酒店出門以後就是菜市場。整體位置不錯 設施比較簡單 隔音不太好

非常好的入住體驗，樓下就是農貿市場，離凱旋門香榭麗舍大街都不遠，早餐別緻，還有noodle panda中餐廳，性價比很高，尤其推薦住閣樓，精緻的酒店，下次還住。

房間設施差，比較老舊，洗臉池也是壞的，還漏水，衹能在浴缸裏刷牙洗臉。地理位置還可以。馬桶設計在門旁邊，吹風筒是幾十年前的款，用起來很不方便。

位置很好，到哪裡到方便

最差的酒店。連續居住四天，這輩子住過的最差的酒店。 入住時前台服務員不在，不斷地按鈴依然沒有服務員。我們在大廳傻等了二十分鐘。因為他在門外和其他人聊天。 前台人員複印護照後不歸還給我們，第二天才想起來歸還。入住體驗非常差。我們四天入住是分開兩個訂單，如果不是我提出房卡設定四天時間，他就衹給一天的權限。 浴巾毛巾都不主動更換，我們按照指示將需要更換的毛巾丟到地上。他們第二天都撿起來當作新毛巾給我們用，但我們回房間時摸到毛巾是濕的。 客房服務非常差，連住四天都沒有更換過床單。並且他們不補充洗浴用品，最糟糕的是，在最後一晚，我們發現，他們為了節省沐浴露，往瓶子裏面直接加自來水，這是把我們當成**嗎？？？認為客人感覺不到是在用加了水的沐浴露洗澡？？？這是在玩什麼把戲？？？太荒唐了！ 房間地面沒有做衞生，因為頑固污漬沒有被清理。 衣櫃門的開門把手是壞的，把手和裏面的釘子是分開的，釘子是尖頭的。 電梯設施老舊，彷彿20世紀初。根本不具備四星級還有的標準。桌子面積非常小，根本就不夠兩個人房物品。我們甚至沒有旅行箱都覺得很擁擠。 房間內空調噪音非常大，彷彿拖拉機的聲音，且製冷效果很差。 馬桶漏水。房內有不知道從哪裡傳出的振動噪音，每隔五分鐘響起一次。 房間裏的瓶裝水，四天都沒有換過，勸大家不要喝裏面的水，一定是水龍頭的自來水。
