I had a great time there for 4 nights. All the people working there are very kind. cleaning in the room every day.

My intercom telephone was dead on arrival and till I checked out.
An Air Conditioning unit should be installed as it gets suffocating during day and night hours as windows are required to be shut due to weather.
No water bottles provided as a welcome gesture.
No Dental Kit provided even on request.
The Jr Suite room is spacious enough.
No one is available at the Hotel restaurant even in the day time

Évidemment le quartier n'est pas top mais l'hôtel est dans un petit cocon donc on est bien isolé de l'extérieur. Le gros plus est biensur le parking gratuit. La chambre est spacieuse mais pas hyper bien insonorisé du coup quand un couple bourré rentre à 2h du matin et parle très fort on entend tout.
Le prix reste quand même raisonnable vu les prestations

Les chambres sont impeccablement propres et offrent une tranquillité absolue, garantissant un repos optimal. L’ambiance paisible des lieux permet de se détendre pleinement, sans être dérangé par des bruits extérieurs.

Bonjour, au niveau hôtellerie, rien à redire. Même si j'ai du insister car j'avais réservé le petit déjeuner et cela ne semblait pas acté.
Cependant au niveau restauration il y a beaucoup à revoir. Plus de souplesse !!!
Nous y avons séjouné à deux reprises en deux semaines au sein du KUBE.
Carte des vins catastrophique : peu de références en vin blanc et le sauvignon était infect.
Le personnel peu qualifié et très raide. Beaucoup de changement en une semaine.
Trop de cautions également sur la chambre sur la réservation du restaurant.. Sans compter une taxe de séjour qui semble ne pas correspondre à la législation.
