Non so perché il punteggio complessivo sia basso, ma per me è un buon hotel, la posizione è eccellente, i ristoranti e i supermercati sono al piano di sotto. Nel complesso buona posizione del bagno Excel, il che è strano.

Questo albergo mi è piaciuto; è tranquillo, la vista vale ogni centesimo. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il personale è cordiale. Il prezzo è ragionevole o il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. Quindi consiglierei a tutti

Questo hotel è davvero terribile, ha un odore sconosciuto ed è rumoroso, il bagno e i servizi igienici sono condivisi da molte persone.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location near the metro. You might hear a voice on the street at night, but that's fine with me. The bar at the end of the street also nice.

Potete trovare di meglio, davvero. Premetto che abbiamo usato l'albergo come appoggio per Parigi, essendo in viaggio per l'Europa in treno tramite interrail ci siamo quindi più o meno abituati a dormire in "postacci"(esempio stazioni od ostelli) ma questo è stato quello a cui darei il voto più basso. Il problema principale che ci ha impedito di dormire la prima notte è sicuramente un topo sorpreso più volte a fare non si sa cosa dietro un calorifero svegliandoci più volte (allego fotogramma di un video). La cosa più bella però è stata la persona alla reception che senza nemmeno scusarsi o mostrarsi rammaricato ci comunica che "è normale, se si lasciano le finestre aperte" (cosa che in ogni caso dopo le pulizie provvedono a fare loro stessi). Aggiungo poi che il topo passava attraverso un foro nel pavimento, cosa che non ha minimamente colpito il suddetto signore, perché 'tanto lui ha messo le trappole'. Topi a parte, nel complesso la camera ha comunque un discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo, nonostante al momento del pagamento siano saltati fuori 25 euro in più. Il quartiere non è dei migliori, da evitare la sera. Ottima la vicinanza ad una fermata della metropolitana.

Posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metropolitana, quartiere sempre vivo, non isolato. Supermercato, mc donalds, servizi a pochi passi. Non è espressamente descritto l'assenza dell'ascensore e 4 piani a piedi dopo aver visitato parigi non è il massimo. Camera molto spartana, bagno con doccino rotto, solo lenzuola pulite.

Hotel ( se così si può chiamare) con scale a chiocciola con cinque piani.Camera sporca che non viene pulita per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Copriletti in pessimo stato e lenzuola con capelli altrui. Personale non sempre gentile. Mai piu

Ho effettuato una prenotazione tramite Booking per una camera matrimoniale al costo di 57€. L’hotel si trova in una zona degradata. Camera con doccia sporca, asciugamani sporchi, finestra rotta, armadio rotto. Il materasso aveva ancora il cellofan d’imballo (probabilmente per non farlo sporcare). Camera al quarto piano senza ascensore. Unica nota positiva il ragazzo della reception simpatico.

I wasn't expecting a lot for the price that we paid, around 50euro for one night for 2 people. But I was definitely expecting something a little cleaner that what we received. The room was barely cleaned before we arrived, the bedsheets still had marks on them, the floor tiles were moldy and cracked. There was a large gap between the door and the floor, meaning we could hear every noise as though the door was wide open through the night. We arrived at 10pm and checked out at 6am, not wanting to stay a moment longer. The bathroom door didn't close either. The sink and toilet themselves were clean, but broken tiles and plaster left open piping everywhere. The shower was full of mold and the hot water wouldn't work. The only plus was it's closeness to the metro stop, making it easy to switch lines to get around Paris.

Its a clean and friendly hotel at budget prices.its well located and easy access to metro.great bsr sround the cirner with hsppy hour from 4to 8pm. The room as a sink wardrobe bedside table a table and 2 chairs. Rain shower room&toilet are both located on every level but separate.it means you will share both.there is a hotel bar as well. Loads of take away/restauramt/convenoence store on door steps Unfortunately loud music from premises EN VRAC spoiled last nite.did ask when it will finish was told 1am but actually was 2pm .not fair on local hotel residents .very sell fish people

This is probably the worst places ever, do not go there if you have any respect for yourself. There are bed bugs, it’s unclean, disgusting and that also applies to the manager at the front desk. He has no people skills and maybe suited to be a cage fighter than in hospitality. He was rude and horrible. We changed rooms after complaining and it was worse than the other room and then decided to leave and find somewhere else as it is not suitable for humans. Do not go there, save your money and don’t give your money to businesses like this that shouldn’t exist.

It is clear that if you want to spend the night in Paris on a budget, it is foolish to expect the conditions of a 4-star hotel. Paris is an expensive city. Especially in summer. 42 euros for a double implies simplicity in everything. But we're coming to Paris, not to a Postal hotel, aren't we? What's the difference where to sleep? The room is large in area. Bed, sink, TV (not included). Toilet between floors. A typical solution for Paris. There's a bar downstairs, if that's what you need. The keys must be handed over. Things can be left at the checkout. The reception is round the clock, which is important. The hotel is near the metro. The area is lively. At least in the hotel area. A great budget option!
