Per il nostro soggiorno a Parigi abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione e per il rapporto qualità prezzo e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Premesso che la struttura è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, per il resto nulla da dire. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono pulite e fedeli alle foto, la posizione strategica per visitare Parigi, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dagli champs elysees. La colazione è ok, ti permette di scegliere tra dolce e salato.

I stayed in this structure for 4 night. The hotel is very clean, in a safety area with and extremly near to differents metro stations. The equipe/staff of the hotel is polite and extremly kind: in particular at the help desk and in the breackfast area (also the breakfast it's beautiful). If my holiday was amazing, it was also thanks to the Hotel du Pré. I strongly reccomend it.

Very nice staff, our room was cozy and clean, in excellent condition and in a charming building. It’s well situated, near a grocery store, many restaurants and a park right in front.

Decent sized room with a Dyson fan which was a bonus , comfortable bed and the bathroom was quite big with a decent shower , all in all good value for money , only negative was the safety deposit box didn't work .

Ideal location for transport links with Gare de Nord a 5 minute walk, and Metro station nearby. 15/20 minute walk to Montmartre. A nice street with bars on your doorstep and very little traffic. The bars didn’t close until 1am so there was the sound of laughter and chatting until then, but as sound sleepers this didn’t impact on our enjoyment of our stay ( in fact it enhanced it) Room was well equipped and spacious with a rural charm. A balcony with large French windows was a beautiful plus. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Because it’s a narrow street the room was cool and airy as it received little direct sunlight during the day, and even in 28 degree heat when we visited it was pleasantly cool. A very adequate continental breakfast served from 7-10 in a wood panelled room set us up for the whole day. We often comment that we would return to somewhere we stayed, but I think the Hotel du Pre will be our first choice when we return to Paris in the future. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.
