Very clean room, good service and the lady working in the morning was very very nice. I will definitely come book this hotel if I come to Paris next time. 강추강추강추

我們住三人房,幾舒適,浴室用品不錯,又有乾毛巾架,大堂有免费咖啡同檸水供应,前枱服务員好友善。往各大景点都方便,附近也有很多餐厅。星期六早上附近有個市集,有熟食,小吃等。

性價比很高的酒店 設施衞生都不錯 在巴黎同價位酒店房間算大的 酒店前台和其他工作人員都很nice

Rientro in camera alle 18,00 e la camere era pulita in maniera veramente sommaria: un letto non era stato assolutamente rifatto; mancavano le bottiglie di acqua che giornalmente fornivano e c’erano per terra delle carte ; mancava un asciugamano Mi rivolgo alla reception garbatamente per risolvere la situazione, ma vengo verbalmente aggredito dal receptionist che mi urla che tutti possono sbagliare è che , in ogni caso, non poteva fare nulla , in quanto la donna delle pulizie era già andata via (e pensare che le avevo pure dato la mancia!!!). Dovrò tornare altre volte a Parigi, in quanto mio figlio studia qui, ma sicuramente non tornerò in questo hotel gestito da gente incompetentemente e, soprattutto, veramente maleducata. P.S.: la wi-fi non funzionava: quando provavamo ad inserire la pw da loro fornita per iscritto, non funzionava

This is a nicely decorated and well-maintained hotel offering good value at a good location near place de Clichy. There is a safe in the room. The team is very welcoming and quick to help. The room are spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will come back.

EXTREMELY POOR ADMINISTRATION WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY 2000$ were taken from within the locked room from their location at 5 rue Lécluse. Le Nest by SweetInn. My family and I stayed from December 27th to 31st. During the day of December 28th between 10 am - 8:30 pm only one person entered our room which was confirmed by the reception desk worker through the security cameras and electronic key access. We communicated with Despegar.com who was a mediator and we got email confirmation that the hotel had agreed to assist us with this incident and that they would send us an offer. This offer just said they would communicate with us to solve the issue. We have made a police report. We sent the police report to those in charge. Out of those people, we received a response from the Communication Center Team leader who said that they were going to « rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner » as their « clients satisfaction is their priority and they would take all measures needed to reestablish our confidence in them » That was on December 31st. Then radio silence for 11 days. We reached out several times and got no response. The only person who was responsive was the kind lady from the front desk who is the only person in this whole incident who has shown by sort of empathy and decency. What a surprise that on January 11th we received a very generic communication (I hope this email finds you well kind of email) from someone from their « Communication Center Team » saying that unfortunately we will not be compensated in any way for this incident. Not only is this an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful response after everything we went through but it makes you wonder about what kind of company this really is. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. No one has taken any sort of responsibility for the missing money after the only person who entered our room with a key was one of their staff. The police is still investigating this incident and they are in contact with us. We truly hope that you don’t make the same mistake as we did and take your business elsewhere since you will be faced with an administration that does not care AT ALL about their customer’s safety and experience.

We spent three nights at this boutique hotel in the 17th near by Place de Clichy. Metro station is close by linking to other Paris transport. Friendly and efficient service. Room smallish as are most Paris rooms. We paid around $400 per night which is probably cheap by Paris standards, via ***********.

Centraal en rustig gelegen, vlak bij Moulin Rouge. Veel restaurantjes en bars om de hoek. Parking om de hoek. Makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Vriendelijk personeel. Toffe kamer, apart hoekje met bed en tv voor kind. Fijne indeling. Afwerking kamers kan beter (voegwerk weg, losse handgrepen)
