Per la stanza è richiesto un deposito di 2.000 pesos a notte. L'isolamento acustico non è davvero molto buono, gli stranieri della porta accanto parlano ad alta voce e ridono ancora nel cuore della notte. Il letto tremava quando dormivo e le pulizie spesso non davano né asciugamani né acqua.Dopo aver soggiornato per 7 notti consecutive, penso che non ci tornerò la prossima volta. Probabilmente, fatta eccezione per la buona attitudine del personale di servizio al piano di sotto, ci sono svantaggi e vantaggi.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

Booked an overnite stay again for my family but this time i was disappointed that we were given a room with only a queen bed for a family of three. I believed that even you checked-in late nite from a delayed flights, there is a room waiting for you whether you showed up late or not. But to my surprised, we were treated with a cold shoulder from the staff. My wife can’t setttle but pissed me off for non stop complaining at the front desk. Tired and want to rest from week island hopping, all i want is to have hot shower and sleep. No worries, i still like to come back to your hotel inspite of that experience. Hoping for the best service next time.

However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing! Staff: 5/5 What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Every team member, from housekeeping to the concierge, was attentive and courteous. They made me feel truly welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. Value for Money: 4/5 While the hotel is on the pricier side, I felt it was worth it for the location and quality of service. The amenities and comfort level made it a great choice for a short stay. Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grandview Hotel. It provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’ll certainly be returning for future trips!

La nostra prima volta che ci siamo fermati qui a Nobu. Volevo un hotel vicino all'aeroporto per il nostro viaggio il giorno dopo. Distanza (circa 5-10 min) dall'aeroporto. Nessun traffico e siamo stati raccolti da un limo ☺️. L'hotel è eccezionale. Il personale, erano sorprendenti. Non ho fatto il meglio per darci il miglior servizio. Sarei sicuramente rimasto in questo hotel. Vale ogni penny.

Ambiente e camera fredda. Molto amichevole personale. Grazie per il check-in e check-out veloce. Guardando avanti a rimanere di nuovo. Bagno pulito e igienico e asciugamani. Acque e caffè, tè e zuccheri con crema sono tutti messi insieme. Apparecchi di lavoro, tra cui termiche e capelli. Mi piacciono i bagni, assieme completo, buon profumo. Cosa mi piacciono più è le letti e bagno, molto spazioso e pulito. Kudos

If you want to go to Nuwa from DreamPlay area with children, you have to take shuttle as they only have one route which has to pass through the ******, which is quite unfriendly. Overall the hotel scale is small and facilities are minimal. We had lunch in Crystal Dragon, which the quality is surprisingly good, Guangdong style and the portion is quite big. Dinner in Haliya which is above standard, suggest reservation during the weekend. Spa is soso. I didn't realized Nuwa do not offer buffet breakfast (I'm not sure if we can have it in Hyatt Regency?) We just simply had a Filipino style a la carte breakfast next to the pool, a bit disappointed.

Il Grand Westside Hotel è stato un piacevole soggiorno, perfetto per la nostra rilassante fuga di fine settimana. Un'attenzione speciale è stata la colazione, con un menu completo e soddisfacente. Anche noi vogliamo estendere il nostro cuore grazie a Kim per averci aiutato a prenotare la nostra stanza. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza.
