Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti per una notte a SEDA Manila Bay, e in generale, è stata una piacevole esperienza.
Processo di check-in:
Il check-in è stato facile ed efficiente. Il personale del front desk è stato benvenuto e professionale. Egli ha spiegato tutto chiaramente, comprese le strutture e le opzioni per la colazione.
Qualità della camera:
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta. Il letto era molto comodo, e le lenzuola profumavano fresche. Apprezzo l'attenzione per i dettagli, come l'acqua bollente, il set di tè/caffè e i bagni. Tuttavia, ho notato un leggero rumore umido dall'unità di condizionamento dell'aria, che potrebbe essere inquietante per i sonni leggeri.
Abbigliamento:
L'hotel ha offerto grandi strutture per un soggiorno di notte. Ho usato il Wi-Fi gratuito, che era veloce e affidabile. L'albergo era piccolo ma aveva tutti gli elementi essenziali per un allenamento rapido. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma sembrava pulito e invitante.

Il buffet del colazione la mattina dopo aveva una buona varietà, che serviva a catering sia a livello locale che internazionale.

Il servizio era eccellente, il personale era amichevole, accogliente e pronto con le loro risposte, ma quando ho chiesto un sostituto di vetro per troppo crack al check-in, hanno appena notato e non lo hanno mai sostituito.

Ho valutato il mio soggiorno an 8.5/10. Era una esperienza tranquilla e piacevole, perfetta per un breve viaggio. L'unica questione minore era il rumore dell'aria condizionata, ma che non ha superato l'eccellente servizio e conforto dell'hotel fornito. Raccomanderò sicuramente questo hotel e considererò di rimanere qui di nuovo.

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home.
Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you.
The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Your work ethic is admirable, and it's a joy to see your work always done well and on time.

It was a last minute booking, although the parking is free i think its a bit far from the hotel itself not from the ******. If you are up to ****** or gaming perhaps the ambiance is okay for you but for us after we passed the security check, we dont like the odd smell in the lobby area. Difficult to locate which part is the hotel and ****** area lol. The hotel room is huge with a bayview, did not enjoy the bed tho its too high to climb for an average height guest. Not allowed outside food which is bit of a shame. We didnt feel relaxed, we fell asleep because we are exhausted. Not going back again sorry 😬

La camera assegnata ha vista spazzatura, dal lungofiume Pasay, chiedo la sostituzione ma il personale del front office non è disponibile. Ha detto che non c'è camera disponibile, ma dalle prenotazioni online vedo che ci sono poche camere disponibili.
La camera non è insonorizzata, è possibile sentire l'altra stanza e lo sciacquone della toilette dalla stanza superiore. L'aria condizionata è fantastica, il letto è comodo. Kit di cortesia, solo set spazzolino da denti e sapone, nient'altro.
Mini frigo disponibile, ma spento.
La colazione è sempre lunga, ma non vale il prezzo e per mangiare nella categoria quattro stelle. Il cibo è pessimo rispetto ad altri quattro stelle nei dintorni. Alla carta era buona. Ho mangiato solo 1 volta a colazione, il resto dei giorni abbiamo fatto colazione in altri hotel.
La vista lato piscina era bella e rilassante. Ottima vista sul lato Okada. L'addetto alla palestra non è attento.
Ho chiamato l'agente, l'operatore e il front office intorno alle 18:30-19, almeno 5 squilli ciascuno, nessuna risposta. Suppongo di richiedere un letto supplementare, ma invece sono sceso e ho aspettato in fila alla reception. Ha un costo aggiuntivo, il che va bene.
Grazie per il personale delle pulizie, risposta immediata dopo la mia chiamata tardiva alle 23:00 sul letto supplementare.
Tornerò per il prossimo soggiorno? Forse non è l'opzione migliore.

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interconnected pool deck allows for easy access to multiple pools. Most Nobu hotel staff are very helpful especially Karl of front desk, but some staff are rude and very disrespectful the team of XRAY security. We asked them politely but they answered us in a disrespectful way, maybe they think they owned the hotel how they talk. Maybe they they just lack of manners because that’s how they grow up and they need more “RE TRAINING” to do how they treat a hotel guest.
The hotel is connected to DreamPlay, an indoor theme park by DreamWorks, designed specifically for children. It offers interactive play zones based on popular DreamWorks movies, which will keep younger kids entertained. The hotel can be enjoyable for a family stay, especially if you're looking to balance luxury with activities for the kids. Kindly provide jcuzzi/tub gel. I find it amzing with the electronic bidet but i prefer to wash with the regular bidet. Great design of the room. The hallway leading to room does not smell fantastic, hot. Elevator does not smell good.

This is superlatively beautiful and new hotel ,from the accessibility and proximity to the airport to Mall of Asia . Every penny is worth spending for . They have accommodating ,fast front desk personnel .Room food service from the cafe are great .Kudos to them from cleaning the room everyday .My husband also cleaned the inside but the personnel and utility folks are awesome . We will stay here next month .

UUtente ospiteNice place to stay and rest. Good location, this is not advisable for senior citizen for there is no elevator. The stair is not that high. The breakfast is good with a nearby bank and restaurant. It's along the road.
The hotel is bit old but they maintain cleanliness.

Le camere sono di base ma pulite, offrendo servizi essenziali come TV, sapone da bagno, shampoo, carta da bagno, pendenti e asciugamani.La connessione Wi-Fi era lenta e i dati cellulari erano deboli anche con 5G.
Un aspetto positivo è il bagno e il bagno separati all'interno della stanza. Tuttavia, entrambi sono molto piccoli. Il doccia calda non funzionava durante il mio soggiorno, ma non mi dispiaceva segnalare, perché cercavo principalmente un posto per riposare.
È una scelta pratica per i viaggiatori di bilancio che privilegiano l'accessibilità e la comodità. Sentite solo le limitazioni in termini di comodità e connettività.

UUtente ospiteThis is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.
