Kingsford Hotel Manila

Price is reasonable but nothing special! The room assigned has a garbage view, from the Pasay riverside, I ask for replacement but front office staff is not helpful. She said no room available, but I can see from online bookings that there are few rooms available. Room is not proof sound, can hear other room and the toilet flush from upper room. AC is great, bed is comfortable. Vanity kit, only toothbrush set and soap, nothing else. Mini fridge available, but off. Breakfast always long line, but not worth for the price charge and to eat on four star category. Food is bad compare to other four stars around. Ala carte was good. I ate only 1 time for breakfast, the rest of the days, we ate breakfast in other hotels. Pool side view was nice, relaxing. Great view on Okada side. Gym attendant not attentive. I called up agent, operator and front office around 6:30-7 pm, Atleast 5 rings each , no answered. I suppose to request extra bed, but instead I went down and wait in line to reception. It has additional cost which is fine. Thank you for housekeeping team, on immediate response after my late call at 11 pm on the extra bed.. Will I come back for next staycation? Maybe not best option.

房間要押金，一個晚上2000披索。隔音實在不是很好，隔壁的外國人講話大聲到半夜還在大笑。床睡起來蠻晃的，房務常常沒給毛巾或是水，連續住了7個晚上的心得是下次不會再住了。大概除了樓下服務人員態度很好以外缺點大約優點。

大家千萬別住這個酒店 ，我第一次入住 三間房 兩間變成按金，另外一間被強迫升級，在入住前我在三明確 ，不需要花錢升級，按金變成差價 為此我付出了兩百塊錢小費、以為正常房間升級 然而 多次協商，一直拖到我們離境也沒解決，拖了整整兩天，經理跟**一樣，不去求證 ，也不解決，華人儘量不要去這裏住，服務非常差，而且房間隔音效果差 ，附近沒有任何吃飯的地方，如果評價偏差 願意承擔任何責任。

位置一般 門衞倒是挺熱心 衞生間浴室設計不是很好 房間不隔音。感覺將近400的價位有點高 性價比很低 不推薦

酒店房間比較小，隔音效果也不太好。好在就是床品舒適。想要長期住的不適合，因為房間窗户根本打不開，所以房間很悶，而且通風系統也不行，房間沒有圖片中的大，性價比不高，酒店的早餐沒有中餐都是當地的菲律賓早餐，當地菜味道偏甜，説實在話性價比不高，早餐單獨收費大約是¥60人民幣左右。對於中國人的胃來説這個早餐不行。

Place is nice and clean also their lounge area for foods is good. Food are simple delicious. View by the pool is beautiful. The counter are kind people. Especially as Nature Lover I had a wonderful moment outside their building to look at the sunset right on the bridge. And having a little bit time for took a picture infront of their hotel. Anything else is all good. Which is close to the airport and they have contact for good taxi for make you more safely going to the airport. I highly recommend this place.

I reserved this hotel for times.The location is easy to Ayala Mall Manila Bay.The hotel is safe.When you go up elevator, guests have to tap your keycards.The key is reasonable in price.Recommended Strongly.

This hotel was convenient, as we booked it last minute coming off an overnight flight. The check in was swift and it’s located maybe 10 minutes away from the airport. The room wasn’t spotless. We found shoe prints on our blanket and what we believed to be a camera behind the TV ( which we unplugged). I would not stay there again, but it was useful to us when we need it.
