, I booked a queen room. For my sister and my brother inlaw so that they can relax before ate will go back to HONGKONG for work. At first the room is okay yet they said the room, I booked has problems with some like electrics💔. You put them. In another room yet 2 small separate bed then the shower room or the drainage of the room is clogged and the aircon is not working well its too hot so they put them again in another room, same room separate beds.. You ruined my sisters staycation 💔. Sunday my sister change room again because the room they gave the door is not working well can't be closed they said battery problems..Same room 2 separate single beds omg..the wifi is not good also i don't know but your service is so bad. You ruined my sister and my brother in laws staycation woth just offering sorry omg what kind of service is that💔...nakakagalit na ewan hiyang hiya aq na nagbook para sana maenjoy nila before ulit makabalik si ate sa hk...

Oyster plaza has a lot of accessible restaurants such as mcdo and chowking, it was a nice experience and services they offered.

Very accomodating

The hotel is okay for a transit. But little bit dirty. Even find a cockroach. Don’t have kettle provided. But the staff is helpful

A little bit expensive old hotel. Many cockroaches crawling. Not complete equipment inside the room like hair dryer, electric kettle, etc. Nothing is free like cookies, coffee or tea. Need to pay. You can also heard voices from the other room and the cars outside. Good thing it’s close to the airport and the staff are accommodating.
