Paramus: hotel con bar

Hilton Inn Paramus was a wonderful experience. The exceptional service provided by the front desk staff stood out to me. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above to ensure that all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, thanks to the super friendly front desk. The room smelled nice, was clean , and I had no issues.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni qui per la nostra visita annuale al nostro paese d'origine. Ci siamo trasferiti almeno cinque anni di viaggio e non siamo stati disappunti. Le camere sono tranquille e l'hotel è ben situato proprio al di fuori del GSP e Route 17 vicino a un centro commerciale, ma lontano dal lato in una zona tranquilla con poco traffico. Il colazione è incluso e il signore e la donna che hanno la corsa sono grandi al lavoro di te, e giustamente orgogliosi del lavoro di te, è senza spot, con un cavolo di frutta d'avorio fresca e molti piccoli piccoli. Le frutta fresche, i cereali, lo yogurt, i succhi di uova, bacon, ham, ecc sono offerti in molte varietà e cambiano su base giornaliera. Altri plus sono un grande personale frontale che accoglie i cambiamenti di calendario con piacere. Il parcheggio è gratuito e sicuro e Rlute 17 ha una grande selezione di aziende e bagagli. È possibile raggiungere la città facilmente con l'autobus o il treno.

I visited this courtyard Marriott partly for business and partly to attend an event with my sister. I called ahead of time to find out if they had smart TVs. And we were told that they did. We were going to leave my niece in the room to watch movies while we attended the event. When we checked in we were told that check-ins were going slow because their system was down. There was a long line. I was thinking it was the booking system. They did not say the Internet was down that everything was down. They said the booking system was down that was it. I had to unpack my stuff (and I have a lot because I’m a photographer/videographer) before I figured out myself that there was no internet. No streaming tv. And we ended up not going to the event because I didn’t want to leave my niece by herself with nothing to do. And the lady I spoke to about it was so rude. Most everyone I spoke to it were so rude to me. And making it seem like it’s just my tough luck that they don’t have internet because it’s out of their control. Which I understand it IS out of their control. But I should’ve been told ahead of time at check-in. This is how the conversation should’ve gone at check-in: ‘“ We’re sorry we just wanted to let you know the Internet is down we have no idea when it will be back up. It might not be back up tonight. We just want to let you know in case you needed to make other arrangements. ‘ . Then there would of been no problem at all. I could have found another hotel. As it was I didn’t get even an apology until the next day. That night it was just it might go up but we can’t guarantee anything. Very short and abrupt. The next day at least they apologized but I was strung along all day. The Internet never went back up all day. I tried to book another room but by that point since it was Saturday everything was sold out! I was stuck! In the evening people that I spoke to about it we were so rude again. So short with me. Didn’t offer me any kind of compensation. Nothing. And I don’t ever ask for compensation. But I was spending $200 a night. Which is a lot to not get internet and a lot to not get what were the most important parts for me. I wanted to go to My event and I wanted to be able to get a head start on my work week the next day (which required a good internet connection). Both were ruined because they couldn’t tell me about the internet before I checked in. And I am an ambassador level bonvoy member. I’m a super good customer for Marriott. I travel 70% of the year. I don’t think asking for a little communication was asking too much.

La nostra stanza è nel quarto piano, ma tutti gli odori della cucina verranno in camera con il sistema di ventilazione. Le cuciture sono estremamente incomode.
