Hotel in zona Villa Serenity, Paralimni

Hotel molto curato e bello. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. La recensio e è negativa perché nelle tre notti in cui siamo rimasti la camera è stata rifatta e pulita male il secondo giorno e il terzo giorno non è stata pulita e non sono srati cambiati gli asciugamani. Questo non è possibile per un hotel di questo livello. Inoltre per le prime notti una discoteca vicina con la musica altissima fino alle 3 di notte ci ha impedito di riposare. Si sentiva tutto anche con le finestre chiuse. I gestori degli hotel vicini dovrebbero provvedere.

Non c'è altro che eccellente che posso dire su questo hotel! Era il 60° anniversario di mio marito e niente era troppo difficile per loro. Andreas, tu eri fantastico a organizzare tutto per me, a garantire che mio marito avesse un'esperienza che non si dimentica mai. Balloni, nella stanza e intorno alla cabina privata, vicino alla piscina al tetto, una torta, una stanza fantastica e si accertava che il mio vino preferito fosse pronto per noi, freddo per la perfezione. Alexandra, il direttore del ristorante al Courtyard, era così attento e molto generoso, facendoci il suo deserto speciale al nostro tavolo, seguito da un bellissimo liquore a nessun costo, un desiderio di compleanno da lui, Sì, e ancora una volta un'altra bottiglia di nostro vino preferito che ci aspettava. (Il vino non era sul menu, ma hanno cercato di garantire che fosse disponibile a noi). Anche il personale è sorprendente, Ali, la cameriera al colazione e la bella signora che ha cucinato uova fresche per noi. La bella e bella cameriera greca al ristorante Courtyard e al DJ era eccellente!! Grazie di nuovo Andreas I'ho tanto grata a te e al tuo staffxxx Jayne & Mark

A huge shoutout for the night shift worker kostas on ensuring me and my friends were safe and no trouble was occurring. Our flight had been cancelled and he went out of his way to get us a hotel for the night and knocked some money off for us. I asked him “why do you do it go out your way for other people?” His response was to make sure you lot have the best experience possible. And also very friendly bar staff and drinks were cheap too.

Il personale era eccezionale, che andavano sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Grazie alla signora che (non ho avuto il suo nome) ha anche dato al mio partner una tazza di torta e candela di compleanno il suo compleanno!! Così bello. La posizione dell'hotel è vicina al *****, ma siamo stati più inclini a spendere il nostro tempo sulla bella spiaggia di Nissi, che è un 30-minute passeggiata. Era 27-30c ogni giorno all'inizio/medio ottobre, che era grande. L'hotel era molto tranquillo in quel momento, che era grande come ansia per me prima di visitare era che sarebbe stato alto vicino al *****, eccetera, ma piuttosto ovvio. Non posso parlare per i mesi estivi. In termini di pulizia e funzionalità, vi erano piccole aree della stanza che richiedono un po' di attenzione. Sono stati anche compiuti sforzi per affrontare alcuni dei nostri problemi, e riteniamo che sostituendo cose come cortine e giacche, si possa migliorare l'impressione generale di pulizia. Abbiamo chiesto una camera con una bella vista e l'hotel ci ha dato la camera 37, che aveva una bella vista dal balcone. La sala da letto era perfetta per quello che avevamo bisogno e sorprendentemente moderno e pulito Anche se c'era spazio per la raffinazione, vogliamo sottolineare che il nostro soggiorno era piacevole, e il bellissimo staff lo ha fatto davvero speciale.

I think your workers done everything they could to help us when we need anything. Reception tell us everything we need around hotel with no problem. Food was great. A lot different from my country even when they called it same. Sometimes they need little more spices and salt but still great. Chefs at the banquet always try to help if we need anything and help us in seconds. Waitress always ask if they can take plates and tried to smile for more comfort and that on all hotels nelia garden/beach. Kids loved personals and we are glad that we were there.

Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
