Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!

Con la figlia, la stanza organizzata è un grande letto con balcone. Questo hotel ha bagni, pulire igiene ogni giorno, acqua calda, acqua calda, acqua dolce ogni giorno, cambiare le lavastoviglie, 2 litri d'acqua ogni giorno, la colazione, il ristorante ha anche l'acqua dolce, prendere gratis, è meglio pensare, Yibao ha due chicchi ogni giorno.Il colazione è anche buono, il tipo è ricco, la frutta, il caffè, il yogurt, la zuppa, le uova, ecc. sono tutti deliziosi. Grazie mille per questo splendido posto e per la gente che lo fa! E 'un bel hotel dove si può sentire come casa! Un personale attento, curato e responsabile. Colazione incredibilmente deliziosa e equilibrata (e ogni giorno diversa). Frutta fresca, cibi di qualità per farti sentire alla mamma o all'ospite della nonna! E la creatura magica con la crema mi ”avrà” in un piacevole sogno:)). Camere pulite, pulizia tempestiva. Tutto quello che serve è nella stanza (tovagliolo, fan, sapone, shampoo, gel da doccia, frigorifero, tappo, ecc.). In 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e circa 30-40 minuti dalla strada dal centro (promenade richiede 40-50 minuti). Questo è un posto dove si vuole davvero tornare e si raccomanda definitivamente agli altri! Se posso visitare l'Armenia di nuovo, so esattamente dove sarò buono e dove sono felice:)). Mi manca già e mi aspetta un nuovo incontro! Bassa adorazione per tutti i dipendenti di questo hotel - a casa!

I came to stay to Hayasa with my Husband and my 2 daugters and it was Amazing!! Sona at the Front Desk was Welcoming with a nice Smile and had many nice suggestions. Gor, the overnight Front Desk clerk ordered us a midnight meal. Artyom, the bartender made us feel at home by getting our drinks and being a nice Host. Vigen carried our bags all the way to our bedside. And to top it off, We had candies in the room as a Welcome Gift! I loved our cozy room with a comfort of a home and a nice street view. I felt like I live in theneighborhood❤️ Thank you Hayassan very much!! We will be back.

La stanza era pulita, disponeva di condizionatore e frigo, tutte le strutture per la doccia. Corridori e camere sono decorate con pitture molto belle. Il colazione è stato trovato anche (per la prima volta vedi tamburi di pollo per colazione)) 6 km all'aeroporto e 10 minuti in taxi, può essere fornito dall'hotel per 10 euro. Inconveniente che è vicino all'autostrada. Il colazione è da 9 a 10 ore. Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione, il ventilatore è così alto nella stanza che non potevo dormire, sembra che il motore stia lavorando accanto a te (e non è un condizionatore, è solo un meccanismo di ventilazione).

I love this hotel. So nice and friendly staff. Great Armenian food in a restaurant. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. If I'll take a trip to Yerevan again, definitely I will stay in Grace Forum. Two spa rooms with hamam and sauna.

After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

У нас были свои критерии по которым выбирали отель. Удобное для нас расположение, что-то в шаговой доступности, рядом остановка автобуса, метро, магазины, ресторанчики. Фото отеля в рекламе соответствуют заявленным, в номере чисто, чтобы убирали надо вешать бирку или говорить на рецепшен. Бюджетный отель в центре города, спасал вечером бассейн и дворик, где можно посидеть с местными напитками и обсудить новые впечатления от Еревана. Завтраки с 9.00 часов, скромные, но нам хватало, кофе растворимый. Мы попросили чайник и я себе заварила кофе (купила для себя) как я люблю. Завтраки проходят в другом помещение без окон, это меня расстроило, хотелось с окнами и видами на Арарат. Отель расположен на склоне, внизу река и стоят рестораны, вечером громко играет музыка и поют песни, но шум стоит до 23.00 часов. Такие правила в Армении. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Рекомендую для городского отдыха в жаркую погоду.
