The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money. I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

Adoro stare qui, è comodo per molte destinazioni, pulito, sicuro, bellissime decorazioni, spaziosi in qualunque stanza tu scelga. L'unico inconveniente è stata l'assenza di opzioni TV, canali TV regolari, film da acquistare, Netflix disponibile solo se utilizzi le tue informazioni di accesso. A parte questo, sarò sicuramente un ospite di ritorno qui.

The rooms at the Virgin Hotel are large, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness facilities were fantastic, and the ****** well appointed. The hotel is off the ***** and it took us about 20-25 minutes to walk to the sphere and the *****. For the price it was excellent value and if you aren’t fussed about staying on the ***** then I’d recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the hospitality and all the help the staff was. The location was great for the activity we were doing (NASCAR race) and was awesome with the attentiveness when a issue would arise. My only complaint was that someone was smoking either below my room or next to because my room constantly smelled like cigarettes smoke till this morning when check out time came. They did send up air purifier but the smoke kept coming back.

Questo hotel è diviso in molti edifici. A-T, ci sono due piani in ogni edificio. Ci sono molte stanze. Goditi la vita in stile appartamento. Al centro c'è una piscina molto grande. Gli stranieri si godono il sole. Pensavo che la stanza fosse molto spaziosa. Quando si nuota, si entra nell'edificio o nella stanza, è necessario strisciare la tessera, ma non è necessario inserirla. Appena entrato nella stanza, ho visto che la TV era accesa e l'audio era molto basso. Non ho prestato attenzione a quello che c'era in TV. Metti giù i bagagli e vai a goderti lo splendido scenario di Las Vegas. L'hotel dispone di un bar-caffetteria e di un bar. Molto prospero. La sera, quando entravo nella stanza dopo cena, la TV era ancora accesa, ricordo di averla spenta quando me ne sono andato. Ma non ci sono spazzolini da denti, pantofole, bottiglie d'acqua e altri utensili gratuiti. C'era una macchina da caffè rotta e un forno a microonde. Si dice che negli Stati Uniti l’acqua del rubinetto sia potabile. Ma noi cinesi non ci siamo abituati. Quando ho chiesto dell'acqua alla reception, mi ha chiesto di andare al bar per chiederla. La cameriera del bar ha visto che ero cinese. È tornata a metà strada e ha detto che sarebbe uscita presto dal lavoro e non l'ha fatto. Non voglio darmi dell'acqua. La reception e le cameriere non sono amichevoli nei confronti dei cinesi. Sii educato riguardo al naso alto. Puoi andare al distributore di benzina fuori dall'hotel solo per comprare da bere. Al momento del check-in, paghi la tassa e il deposito e devi utilizzare una carta di credito. Mio marito è andato alla macchina per riprenderla. Dopo averla ricevuta, non ha potuto utilizzare la carta UnionPay, quindi ha dovuto cambiarla con la carta MasterCard. Il check-off del giorno successivo diceva che puoi partire direttamente e il deposito verrà restituito allo stesso modo. Stamattina ho visto che il deposito era stato ridotto di 16 dollari, quindi ho contattato il servizio clienti di Ctrip, che è stato davvero gentile e mi ha contattato subito. Solo allora ho saputo che la TV era carica. Quindi l'hotel ha tenuto la TV accesa solo per caricarla. Tutti non devono cadere nella trappola quando soggiornano in questo hotel. Questo hotel non è lontano dalla città. Ha un alto valore CP. Rispetto ad altri hotel, la camera è molto pulita. È molto vicino al ponte di osservazione (puoi arrivarci a piedi). La bottiglia d'acqua in camera è gratuita e non come gli altri alberghi. Fate pagare di più e lo consiglio a tutti!
