Ho scelto questo hotel perché è a 15 minuti a piedi alla Sfera (U2 concerto). Big room... , 02 Queen beds. Buoni cucchiaini. Un buon colazione... le omelete sono fatte con ingredienti di vostra scelta. Devi chiedere il servizio di custodia ogni giorno al desk front. Io sarei rimasto.. !

Being here for an extended stay, I was very pleased to be welcomed by Dre (the front desk receptionist). He is very hospitable, and always has a smile on his face. From coming down to breakfast at 6:30am, to having dinner at 7pm, he is always eager to make our stay more pleasurable.

Abbiamo scambiato tempo per la nostra settimana. Bella zona. Camere spaziose, pulite e tranquille. Avevamo una suite a due camere con cucina completa. Il resort è proprio fuori dal ****** vicino a Planet Hollywood e Aria. È una passeggiata facile per Bellagio, il Palazzo di César, Parigi e Flamingo. La mia unica denuncia è che non puoi portare le tue bevande o cibo alla piscina. Io la prendo. Ti vogliono comprare il proprio cibo e bevande, ma questo è un resort condiviso, non solo un hotel. Dovresti essere in grado di preparare il tuo cibo e le tue bevande e consumarle ovunque nella proprietà, non solo nella tua stanza, quindi solo le quattro stelle, ma lo consiglio ancora a chiunque voglia andare a Las Vegas con un cambio di tempo.

My colleague and I flew in late. Upon arrival was greeted and checked in by Ms. Jahmika at the front desk. It was one of the smoothest check ins I’ve ever had. She knew we were tired and covered everything we needed to know expeditiously. Usually I have to ask several basic questions about the hotel, wifi, breakfast, etc. With her, I didn’t have to ask one additional question. She was professional and personable. I nominate her for your management team. In these days, Jahmika is a rare and pleasant surprise to work with. A asset to your team. I’ll definitely stay with you all again.

We stayed at residence inn next door but went over to courtyard for a late nite bite to eat and a few drinks. Justin was fantastic with making us feel welcomed and a few jokes and I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Also the lady at the bar was the most cheerful person ever. Her holiday spirit was amazing. Even Jesus who greeted us when we walked in was super polite and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks again to those staff members who even though we weren’t staying in property still made us feel like on if the family.

Excellent apartment, absolutely loved it. Location is spot on, right on the ***** with everything close by, monorail/sphere/strip all in walking difference. Booked through Airbnb and we was extremely pleased with our room, very big and modern. Had a jacuzzi Bath in the room which we didn’t use as we wasn’t there for too long, but great to have. Can’t fault the hotel/apartments at all. Our only issue was the guy at the reception which dealt with us after “check in” to give us a “welcome package”. We just took a 6 hour drive from LA to vegas and really didn’t need the welcome package part. After letting him know 5 times that we’re exhausted and just want to check in and go to our room (my girlfriend being pregnant too), he insisted on us having their “freebies” which just seemed like a complete and utter catch, apparently because we booked through air bnb, we was SOOO lucky and we get a credit card with $150 dollars free on it. Then we were questioned why are we only staying in vegas for 3 nights but in a very forceful way. I won’t name the workers name as I’ve already done this via air bnb, and the reason why I’m leaving these reviews is just to try and help the company learn from this as there will be lots of tourists like us that will not want this when they arrive to check in. So it’s more to try and help the hotel better on this front, but that’s the only complain from me!

This place has the RUDEST employees. I’ll start w/Carlos. Does not smile, didn’t care that we ordered a microwave a day prior to getting here for my daughters medication. We spoke to Lia, she assured us of microwave on arrival and none. We called Carlos from room and he said $25 per day! He couldn’t have cared less about the fact that we were promised one at NO CHARGE. Then we request late checkout, (Lia) 4:15. An employee knocks on door at 9:30 to tell us we need to be out by 10 or 11:00 am. Her sheet said 4:15! ( we were always going to leave by noon)! The place is dirty and only two VERY SLOW elevators. ( Only one is operable, this morning)15 minute wait for elevator. )The rooms smell like smoke and close to freeway so you can hear traffic all night. We were only staying one night as we’re headed to Phoenix from Reno. Would not suggest this place , stay somewhere else. This is owned by Hilton, never again…Back to Marriotts from now on.
