Great hotel, sun beds really comfortable and available, do not need to get up early for sun beds. Rooms are modern and have toiletries,hairdryer, safe , mini fridge and kettle. Food was excellent, something for everyone, lots of choice and food hot. Great service from the staff, all work very hard and are very pleasant, nothing too much trouble.Katherine, Barbara, Antilla,Andreas very friendly and always served with a smile. Ivan head waiter always smiling and welcoming The sunsets are amazing. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. Fabulous holiday. 615 bus runs into Paphos and coral bay and the blue flag beach, frequent service, 1.50 euro each one way

Just back from a really relaxing week spent at the Souli Beach Hotel in Neo Chorio. The hotel is very quiet and relaxed with many of the holiday makers seemingly having stayed there many times before. There were very few young people or children staying when we were there with most of the visitors being of retirement age. I don't know whether this is the general make up of visitors throughout the year or due to the fact that children had gone back to school after the summer break before we got there. We chose the half board option and the menu was varied and food delicious. Being able to sit at a reserved table in the hotels beach side restaurant for meals was a real treat and every one of the hotel and restaurant staff staff was helpful and courteous. The harbour at Latchi is a ten to fifteen minute walk away and there is a bus which stops just outside the hotel which will take you into Polis or up to the Baths of Aphrodite. We booked a sea view room on the first floor. It was obviously not one of the refurbished rooms shown on the hotel's and jet2's web site and was a little tired and dated but met all of our needs. The wifi is excellent in all areas and although the tv has no English channels you can find some English language films to watch later in the evening if you want to watch some tv. I imagine the reason that the hotel only gets a two star rating is due to the fact that not all of the rooms have been refurbished but don't let this put you off. The bed was comfy and the room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We paid the €4.50 a day for the fridge to keep milk, beers and drinks cold and the €5 a day for the aircon. However it was only towards the end of the holiday when it became particularly humid that we found we needed it on during the night. Because our seaview room overlooking the pool and restaurant was in the shade all day it didn't get over bearingly hot and it was pleasant to sit out on the balcony. As we were only staying for a week we didn't hire a car but had we been staying for longer we definitely would have done. The pool area never seemed crowded but we chose to spend most days on the beach where sun beds and parasols can be hired for €2.50 per item. Its only a five minute walk away and generally cooler due to the sea breeze . You definitely need to wear rock shoes to get in and out of the sea as the beach consists of very course sand and shingle and the sea floor is covered with large boulders. The mini bus transfer, to and from the hotel took around 50 minutes and the pick up was on time. Regular texts and emails from jet2 kept us up to date with information throughout our stay. The jet2 rep visited on time to help with any queries. We were able to pay €30 to keep our room until we checked out in the evening which meant we could make the most of our last day. If you want a really quiet, relaxing, stress free, value for money break in a beautiful area of Cyprus then I would recommend a holiday at the Souli Beach

Abbiamo appena tornato da una grande vacanza all'Hotel Mayfair, Paphos 4-11 novembre 2023. L'hotel dispone di 2 parti, l'Hotel e i Giardini, entrambe si trovano insieme in un bel terreno ben tenuto e con 3 piscina all'aperto e 1 piscina (riscaldata) con letti solari. Siamo stati alloggiati nell'Hotel Mayfair e la stanza è stata pulita senza sosta con le strutture per il tè/caffee e un frigo ideale. Il cibo era eccellente con una grande scelta per colazione, pranzo e cena e c'era anche una sezione dedicata per le scelte vegan e vegetariane, così come la eccellente selezione di salate dal bar salate, Il bar è stato amichevole e ha una grande selezione di bevande incluse nel pacchetto All Inclusive e vale la pena differire. Il programma di intrattenimento serale è stato vario con alcuni cantanti vivi che svolgono un programma di attività durante tutto il giorno. Guardando già al ritorno del prossimo novembre, come il tempo era eccellente e questa è una grande scelta hotel, si è in una zona residenziale ma è solo a 15 minuti a piedi dalla frontiera/porto e si raccomandava certamente.

Initially little sceptical of the hotel as it’s very different to anywhere we’ve stayed before. Customer service is outstanding, everyone from cleaners, to waters, to the gentleman putting towels onto subbed was polite and engaging. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent communication from the hotel, with notes sent on TV as well as calls to ensure you are ok. We were lucky to meet the management team and Mr Costantinuo who was so helpful and friendly. He was a fount of knowledge on the hotel and it was lovely to hear how the hotel came to be. In addition it was fascinating listening to how they work with the local community and the help they offer. It’s great to hear how they are rescuing retired race horses for their ranch. It was insightful to hear their goals for the future such as building state of the art football grounds which also are a benefit for the local community. They are trying so hard to blend and support the local community. The hotel itself is stunning. No expense has been spared in any aspect of the hotel. The beds are huge and so comfy with quality bedding. Even toiletries are luxurious, I’d never heard of brand but they’ve gained me as new customer as it smelt divine. The manager at breakfast was amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is ok. He takes an interest in everyone and brightened up the wonderful breakfast room. Breakfast was fabulous, poached eggs were cooked to perfect and so much choice. The restaurants are great. We only ate in the Italian restaurant but I’m sure the high level quality foods and eye for detail will be matched in other restaurants. My daughter loved the gelato cafe and loved the malteser flavour. Coffees were great. The location may be little out of Paphos but that’s part of the charm. Faraway from the busy bars of Paphos. However saying this there are some beautiful restaurants springing up nearby which we visited in August 2023. Understandably a lot was closed as we went during Cypriot holiday. Despite this everything you could need is at the hotel and they will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The views are beautiful and make the most of the excellent location overlooking the sea. Sunsets were breathtaking and picture perfect. It’s an amazing luxury hotel with high standards. It’s well worth the money and we’d love to go again.

Hotel carino, personale poco Cordiale . Primo giorno arriviamo alle 10.00 e ci danno la stanza alle.13.00 . Chiediamo di tenersi i bagagli così da andare subito a prendere un po di Sole visto che ci volevano delle ore e così facciamo, solo che arrivando giù per prendere i teli Mare ,non ne avevano 1, perché erano tutti a lavare, e ci dicono di tornare dopo 20 minuti, in realtà ce l hanno dato dopo circa 1 ora e mezza. Vabbe.... cmq.il resto tutto nella norma senza troppe pretese, ma la cosa più che ha destabilizzato la vacanza che mi hanno dato la camera vicino alla stanza delle signore delle Pulizie che la mattina alle.7 iniziano a prendere cose, parlare ad alta voce, svegliando tutti... fatto presente, richiamato le signore ma nulla.per 4 mattine si è ripetuta questa cosa. quindi attenti a Che camera vi danno. Poi... Il ristorante italiano italiano non ha nulla di italiano, meglio mangiare a buffet. Il resto un po carino, affittato bici per passeggiata sulla passerella.. tutto molto tranquillo. Ecco.solo.quei punti negativi il resto caruccio tutto. Ovviamente non vi Aspettate serate di musica e balli, NOOO, tutto molto soft , a tratti palloso sotto quel punto di vista. Se volete una vacanza soft senza troppe pretese ci sta andare qui.
