This hotel is intimate and full of charm, extremely clean and quite unique for the area. There is a mix of Greek, Italian and French vibes to it. The staff is more than friendly and very efficient. There is culture and beauty, from the paintings, the objects, to the bedrooms deco and the grace and loveliness of the garden (the restaurant). The owner is a charming, educated man, who speaks fluent English and French. His wife is the chef, who also speaks fluent German. We had diner there, and not only was the service excellent but the food was both refined enough and comforting, and the portions really generous. It's a combination again, of people who lived abroad, understand other cultures, but also incorporate local specialties like honey and carob. The asparagus bread and the carob bread are amazing, but not just that. And, not a lot of restaurants will offer you delicate and tasty amuse bouche as well as BREAD AND BUTTER, the essence of civilisation imo as a French! I highly recommend you this place.
