Hotel in zona Pasir Bogak, Pangkor

My husband and I chose to have our honeymoon at Pangkor Laut Resort two days after our wedding, and it was the best trip of our lives so far. We had a good first impression of the resort even before we reached the resort. We had arranged in advance for land transfer from Ipoh airport to Marina Island Pangkor, and we thought to have the driver pick us up at 10am even though our flight landed at 8.30am (just in case we faced delays with our flight or at immigration) but we were surprised when he was already waiting for us when we landed at 8.30am. After a 1.5h road trip from the airport to the office, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and towel, and was then escorted to PLR on a speedboat with one other couple (which made us feel special, haha). Upon arrival at the resort, we were again welcomed with a little refreshment and had a staff attend to us immediately, helping us to plan our itinerary for the rest of the week that we were staying there. As we were still early and the rooms were not ready, we had lunch at the Feast Village and then rested in the library, which was very cosy with a good selection of books (only downside was there were so many house lizards, though I am not sure if anything could be done to prevent them from coming). Our room at the Garden Villa was wide and spacious, and we received a congratulatory drink from the resort to celebrate our wedding as well. (It was a nice gesture, but nothing could compare to the attentiveness of the different staff we met over the week, who, upon noticing the henna stains on our hands, congratulated us warmly in person). We also loved that the Garden Villa was so near to the Feast Village and Uncle Lim's Kitchen, which we kept going back to for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as the food options across the two kitchens were varied and more importantly, delicious. The service at the kitchens were also amazing - Chef Liza was so friendly and approachable that she made us feel at home, and Masum and Nadim went out of their way to make each dining experience feel special for us (such as seating us at places where we would have unobstructed views of the beach, and offering to take photos of us without us even thinking of it). Other experiences we had at the resort were going for the jungle walk, swimming at Emerald Bay and having lunch at Chapman's Bar, and yoga. However, our favourite activity on the resort was going for the spa experience. It was so refreshing and phenomenal, and truly, no other spa can beat PLR's spa. We were pampered from head to toe, and the different bath experiences set the spa apart from other spas out there. The staff were also so knowledgeable and generous with sharing what they know, that both my husband and I learnt so much about the natural ingredients used in our sessions. Definitely made the experience more meaningful and personal for us, and after a hectic wedding weekend, the spa made us feel well rested and rejuvenated. We also got a free room upgrad

La camera familiare è molto spaziosa per 6 di noi. La piscina è pulita e il colazione si diffonde non molto ma molto delizioso. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e utile. Spiaggia e l'azione principale sono a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel che è molto conveniente. Sicuramente prenoterà la stanza qui di nuovo nel nostro prossimo viaggio a pangkor.👍👍

IN DIRE NECESSARIO DI MANUTENZIONE Il nostro appartamento a 3 camere era spazioso e generalmente pulito ma il personale mancava di pulire uno dei bagni ..... ancora con sapone usato sul prato di sapone e i capelli in acqua. Yucks! Abbiamo trovato camere solo al 6.30pm Il personale era amichevole e cortese. Hotel in grande bisogno di manutenzione e riparazione. La piscina all'aile D'Ocean è stata chiusa per l'aggiornamento e la piscina all'aile D'Sea ha così tante matite rotte, è un pericolo di sicurezza. Gli ospiti hanno tagliato i piedi. Non ci sono regolamentazioni per un attrezzo di nuoto adeguato. L'acqua è nera e sporca. Non c'è molto da fare qui, eccetto per la barca di padella e la alimentazione di pesci di gruppo (ho visto solo 4 nel pozzo). Altri servizi ricreativi sono chiusi o in gabbie. La Marina Island Ferry Jetty è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. È più popolare di Lumut Jetty perché la navetta a Pangkor è a soli 10 minuti rispetto a 40 minuti da Lumut Jetty. Se sei un ospite dell'hotel in un viaggio di giorno a Pangkor, ti suggerisco di camminare al jetty perché solo troppo tante auto, potresti dover parcheggiare fino a questo punto, quasi indietro all'hotel ....e con RM20 parcheggio!! Non ci sono ristoranti aperti per cena all'Hotel ....Solo uno al ristorante e bar al jetty Marina Island

A beautiful hotel with lovely view, in dire need for a refurbishment. Double room on second floor was spacious & had a lovely sea & pool view. Beach was clean with soothing sea waves & calm sea. Bathroom sink needed to be unclogged upon check-in. Toilet flush has to be held down until all waste has been ”sucked” in. No toiletries holder in shower area besides the built-in space for bar soap. Pretty inconvenient as there was no space to place face wash, shampoo bottle, bath gel bottle. Shower screen is old and unsightly. Aircond is noisy. Cabinet door covering mini refrigerator squeaks upon opening and closing. Instant coffee sachet provided did not taste like coffee. Hotel is very near to 7-11, Speedmart99, many dry seafood produce retail shops, jetty & few eateries. Laundry bag & bedroom slippers provided. No hair dryer & iron in room. Need to request. Had very good Americano coffee, doughnut & nasi lemak at 989 Cafe near the jetty. Warm hospitality & cosy cafe. Definitely worth a second visit, if hotel is refurbished.

Buona posizione - nella zona urbana n faccia il mare. Fantastico vento marino! Jetty è vicino. Amichevole personale di fronte ufficio. Camera di base ma molto pulita con un letto confortevole. Ha un distributore d'acqua fuori dalla stanza. Vale la pena rimanere qui. Sicuramente sarà tornato!

Bilik yang sangat luas & selesa . Nak solat pun banyak ruang , siap boleh berjemaah sekali lagi . Dekat tv siap boleh layan youtube lagi . Wifi pun laju . Location sangat strategik 🫶🏻 will repeat again soon 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Bilik ada kipas & aircond 👍🏼👍🏼

Good location easy acces to food around the hotel. Also rooms are clean , reasonable price in Lumut. Its just no lif at hotel.

Nice Hotel, Clean and comfortable, till My Child Just Want To Stay Inside Room, Dun Want To Go Out.. 😅, Service Friendly, Nearby have TF value mart, Lotus, And Aeon shoping mall
