Hotel a Pangkor

"Il servizio alla reception era buono. Il servizio bagagli deve essere migliorato poiché al momento del check-in gli ospiti sono sicuri di avere molti bagagli. Al momento del check-in non c'era nessun segno del servizio bagagli. La doccia era molto scarsa perché quando si utilizza un bagno, l'altro bagno non ha acqua o quando l'acqua esce è molto lenta. Forse per migliorare questo l'hotel può prendere in considerazione l'installazione di scaldabagno con pompa incorporata per aumentare la pressione dell'acqua. La colazione era ok."

"Le persone dell'hotel sono molto carine, il prezzo è più economico rispetto ad altri luoghi, ma il posto che è bella, carino, si può noleggiare una macchina, è quindi costosa per molto tempo TPI bene, rispetto ad altri, ci sono mattine, giocattoli per bambini, Pronti a entrare nella stanza, okok felice con il servizio, speranza di mantenere e migliorare 👍🏻"

"Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing."

"The perfect place from which to explore Pangkor Island. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Nasi lemak. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and water sport . I will certainly be back. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Pangkor Island. Excellent food, lunch Rm15/person, abundant nasi goreng. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities."

"The hotel management lead by Mr Shan is very approachable and responsible. The staff are polite and welcoming. Although the breakfast selection is limited due to Ramadan, the food tastes great. The hotel room is clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right at the entrance, you’ll find Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant and a foot massage place, making it very convenient. Definitely worth recommending!"

"The location was amazing. The vibe and surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself was great, but the service could use some improvement. It's a beautiful spot, and with better service, it would be even better."

"A little dated but still a beautiful private island. The place is big with shuttle service privided. Ongoing renovations at some places. Lots of good food, large portions. Most staff were friendly. Do note that speedboat is chargeable unless you book the hotel room directly with them. Will visit again in the future."
