Overall good experince but scammed us with old and new hotel when we reached told us that we have booked room in old hotel which was not mentioned while booking and in pictures as well and then asked for extra money for booking in new hotel that was in pictures. service and staff was also very good and cooperative

When we checked in, they offered us an upgrade to newly renovated premium room (with a fee). We took the offer. Nice, spacious and comfortable room with big balcony and sea view. Breakfast is good. First day it was a set selection from their menu. 2nd day it was a buffet breakfast. Dutyfree shop and a supermarket at lobby floor, very convenient

I stayed in the Premier Family Room, which was clean and quite spacious, making it comfortable for a family stay. The room looked fairly well-maintained, and overall it felt cozy enough for a short vacation. The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location. It’s very convenient—within walking distance to the Pasir Bogak beach , restaurants, and duty-free shops. Everything you need is just nearby, so it’s easy to get around without much hassle. However, the car parking arrangement could be improved. The hotel does not have a dedicated parking area, so guests need to park around the hotel, which may be a bit inconvenient, especially during peak periods.

Stay in the hotel for 3 pax. The room is quite big for luggage and resting. The price is reasonable too.

Initially, we encountered several challenges regarding the apartment's amenities. Specifically, the kitchen was inadequately equipped, furnishing only six glasses and an electric kettle accompanied by a single teaspoon. This was unexpected, particularly for a three-room apartment featuring empty cabinets. Essential items such as spoons, forks, and plates were notably absent. Furthermore, the television provided access to only one channel, a limitation a technician attributed to its older model. Breakfast service was satisfactory, and the bedding was clean. Please note that bidets are not available in the restrooms. Guests booking these apartments through the hotel should be prepared for this.

Old and mouldy hotel with leaking walkways  Rooms are bad!! Poor quality furnitures and utensils!! Tea making equipment , utensils, cups are so bad! How to make coffee in small glass tumblers!! For the price paid and available facilities it’s disgusting Trip.com accepts such hotel to promote is very disgraceful!! I have to reconsider booking under Trip .com and the reviews!!

Very disappointing experience at Coral Bay Resort, Pangkor. The design of the hotel, especially on the first floor, is extremely unsafe and can easily cause accidents. The layout is confusing, with uneven surfaces and areas that are not clearly visible, making it risky for guests. It feels poorly planned and not user-friendly at all. I am especially concerned for elderly guests and children, as a small misstep could easily lead to an accident. Another major letdown was the breakfast. Despite paying a relatively high breakfast fee, the hotel changed the breakfast from buffet style to à la carte without proper justification. This is a serious downgrade in value. The à la carte sets offered very limited choices, basically only fried rice or fried mee hoon, with very little vegetables or meat. The portions were small, the variety was almost non-existent, and the quality did not reflect the price paid at all. It felt more like a basic budget meal rather than a hotel breakfast that guests are paying a premium for. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Poor and unsafe design combined with a significant drop in breakfast quality and value made our stay disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve both safety aspects and their service standards.

C’t believe the hotel refused for my request for one extra towel ,if u afraid lost it ,u can check the room when we check out ,n the room air cond is cannot adjust type ,if off too hot if on is too cold .not conform table to sleep in room like that .

The hotel location very convenient and strategic. Walking to beach is around 5mins. Breakfast is just average but still buffet style. Overall cleanliness is good
