Un po' deluso dalla pulizia. Mi aspettavo che quando arrivassi alla cabina potessi godere immediatamente la stanza, ma poi dovevo aspettare che il personale cambiasse la lenzuola perché ci erano punti sulla lenzuola, che era ok se la lenzuola non poteva essere rimossa, ma purtroppo posso essere pulita se E' meglio che tutti i membri del personale si sentano come gli ospiti che si trovano in bobocabina siano persone che passano tempo in cabina. Per questo è molto importante preoccuparsi della pulizia e conforto degli ospiti da considerare perché il prezzo presentato non è anche economico. Grazie.

sono rimasti qui 2 volte e non sono mai delusi. il personale è amichevole e veloce. le camere sono spaziose e pulite. anche se la camera ha aria condizionata, ma durante il soggiorno non ha girato il condizionatore d'aria, era molto freddo. ogni camera ha un balcone, e non fumatori. ottenere il numero di stanza 221, vista junior è bella ✨

Kebersihan lebih ditingkatkan terutama kamar mandi yang banyak hewan hewan kecil serta jika pel lantai pastikan kering sebelum pengunjung datang, kemarin kita sangat licin basah sehingga tidak nyaman jalan dilantai karna tidak ada sandal hotel terpaksa memakai sandal pribadi di pake di kamar. dan kesiapan breakfast mohon bisa ontime shingga tidak menunggu lama. Meskipun harga terjangkau jika kebersihan dan pelayanan diperhatikan juga pengunjung akan berkunjung kembali Terima kasih🙏

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Comfortable hotel. Easy to find location. I stayed in a deluxe room, unfortunately I forgot to ask for a room with a view. Breakfast is quite good, unique dining room with beautiful mountain views.

But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. Il 1° gennaio siamo arrivati per un soggiorno di 1 notte, immediatamente impressionati con quanto sia moderno e con quanto amichevole il servizio clienti. Fu portato in camera dal ragazzo della campana, Burhan, che ha consigliato sui cibi locali e sui migliori luoghi per visitare, e poi ci ha dato una nota che aveva molte raccomandazioni, pensavamo che questo fosse un servizio eccezionale. The location was abit off city area. Need to travel by Gogek or Grab to nearest mall. But there’s a Indomaret below and opp is University and Polytechnic. Nice big pool and now the aircon and hot water all good. But my room #1176 the drainage water very slow,always flooded when I shower. Terima.kasih bynk but price is good 😊
